I ended up buying the wrong products once I got home and noticed what I bought unfortunately it's a little too late do im just sticking to what I have. Unfortunately, every negative experience I've had has involved the owner/manager. The first time I visited, I brought my daughter, who was 8 years old at the time. I was asked if I could pay for the service and tip in cash. I told him I didn't have cash on me but had some in my car and would be right back. His response was, "Can one of you stay behind?" as if he didn't believe I was coming back to pay. I made it clear that I was not leaving my young daughter alone. I told him he could either accept my card or wait for both of us to return from the car. That interaction left a very bad impression. The second experience was just as disappointing. My aunt had given me her gift card because she had a negative experience and refused to return. I used the $110 gift card toward services for my daughter and me. As soon as I handed him the gift card, his entire demeanor changed. He became visibly annoyed, started speaking to another employee in his language while looking at the gift card, and made me feel uncomfortable for using a gift card that his business had sold. On top of that, we waited over 30 minutes past our appointment time. I recently purchased another gift card for my daughter, and I'll let her use it, but after that, we won't be returning. It's unfortunate because the rest of the staff has always been courteous, professional, and welcoming. My issue is solely with the way the owner/manager treats customers.
