It's fairly convenient to access, the size is perfect to accommodate a crowd & the employees are usually friendly. There's more than enough space in the surrounding parking lot & it's kept tidy, as you would expect from a "big four" bank. They have an ATM in the drive thru line which makes it convenient to access without having to even get out of your car. I don't go inside often but any time I've ever needed to it's stress-free. The customer service at this location is solid; they make you feel welcomed here. Not much else needs to be said other than this WF is a great one to have as your go-to. I noticed the bad reviews are a lot older & that may have been the case before but from my experience throughout the years I have absolutely no complaints. I don't see myself taking my business elsewhere any time soon because I've never felt the need to after all these years which speaks volumes.

So I called Wednesday and the man on the phone assured me that I will be the first one he will call once my information came in, he called me later on that evening. My advice is that if you are not in a rush for your stuff you can go customer service was okay but the lack of information and communication is why I'm rating it what it is now. I actually read they have been rated a five-star bank for 25 years now for their ethics and trustworthiness by Bauer. They have a teller station but I have never seen a teller over there. Instead, you sit down with a banking professional to conduct your transactions. It still takes about the same amount of time but feels like you are more of a valued client. It is a much different feel here compared to the bigger name banks. I like it.

I neither have any accounts nor do I have any personal business of my own with AmTrust, but I have clients and others that do, many for whom I handle their affairs, holding power of attorney, other documents and safety deposit box accesses, so I've been to this branch office frequently. Every time I've been here, I've been greeted and handled both warmly and professionally, and have generally found it to be a good place to do what is basically routine banking business. I also noted one thing good thing that in my mind sets this little branch bank above many others. The first rule of banking used to be: "Know your customer and with whom you are dealing." Unfortunately in today's world I see that primary rule so frequently ignored. At AmTrust is wasn't. When I arrived at my appointment I noted that the staff member already had my picture on the side of his desk and had taken the trouble to do some Goggling, or whatever, so that in advance he knew who I was and to whom he was speaking. I wouldn't waste my time to write the review, except for the fact that she took the time out of her to make sure that I needed in order to pay my bills was fixed. She took the time out to check and double check, then argue on my behalf with the corporate office I've never experienced anyone go so far out of their way to fix a problem that wasn't their own.
