It came with an appraisal stating a value of $14,000. Shortly after, I returned to have the ring resized and was told they also buy gold and jewelry. I brought in additional items and was given store credit. Later, I returned to use the remaining credit and was told by the owner that I had no credit left and would have to pay again. There was no clear record provided, no transparency, and no effort to resolve the discrepancy. I was essentially told the credit didn't exist anymore, and I had no documentation to challenge it at the time. In 2026, I scheduled an appointment to sell the same ring back to them. I clearly stated on the phone that I was bringing in a ring originally purchased from their store. When I arrived, they inspected it along with the appraisal, then told me they were not buying diamonds due to market conditions and lab-grown diamonds affecting resale value. This should have been communicated when I made the appointment. Instead, I wasted time going in for a meeting that should never have been scheduled. Overall, my experience with this business has been inconsistent, poorly communicated, and unprofessional. While they do carry attractive jewelry, I personally do not trust their business practices or transparency.

I balked at some of the estimates provided by respective vendors, ranging from $25 to $45+ for an old Michael Kors watch I bought 10-20 years ago. WHAT?! The quote range provided would be fair for finer watches than the MK brand! REV was *NOT* one of the vendors that Yelp outreached to for quotes. Naturally, I kept searching for the best price in town rather than settling for the random 4 vendors who provided ridonkulous quotes. REV Watches stood out due to the good reviews and a reasonable distance from me. I dialed ahead to get a quote and didn't specify what type of watch but was pleased with the verbal quote. Upon arrival, I requested verbal confirmation on the price and then handed over two watches for battery replacement and browsed the store offerings as I waited. The gentleman worked on battery replacement while a lady offered me individually wrapped chocolates. I wondered how long they've been in business at that location as I've passed by before but didn't notice the place. The lady states they've been there for about 3 years now. I later settled in a chair at a coffee table and the kind lady offered two sets of complimentary AA and AAA of batteries and took her up on the offer. Kind honest folks and can't beat the price!
