If your watch or clock needs something, or even equally important, doesn't need something, they will let you know. Honesty and good service is hard to come by these days. These guys have both. They will only charge you for what is needed. Very good prices on Rolex service. And you won't be waiting 4-6 months like you will with the Rolex service center. My Grandfathers 100 year old pocket watch has great sentimental value as my Grandfather bought it as a young man and carried it though out his life. The brothers are very knowledgeable and honest! Each has his own expertise and are able to research and appraise any type of timepiece throw at them. We inherited a wall clock that had their sticker inside the case. So, we knew we were in good hands. They repaired it and a mantle clock that were both about 150 years old. They made them look practically new again. We also inherited an immense number of pocket watches. We gave them plenty of time to look them up and helped us determine which watches were worth working on. (That sentence was fun to write.) They discovered that one pocket watch dated back to the Civil War! Don't be mistaken...repairing exquisite timepieces is not cheap. But if you want it done right, take them to the Vilicich Brothers.
