Today I was told by (unknown name) who was working the front counter that because it was 4:25pm and they close at 5pm on Sunday's that I wouldn't be able to get my spay tan because there was another lady infront of me in line. So basically because she didn't want to do extra work or get out of work later than 5pm that I get to leave an unhappy costumer and go on my vacation to myrtle beach tomorrow morning before they even open super pale!! (which I'm not sure when spray tans take 20+ mins per person all of a sudden anyways). Very disappointing that it seems costumer service is not a thing for some people now a days. Not to mention every time I see this young lady working she's constantly on her cell phone. ALSO about a month and a half ago with the same girl at the front desk, I went tanning in the first booth on the left (high pressure bed) I had the door opened up on me and it was wide open the entire time I was tanning....they tried to tell me that I didn't lock the door or close the door all the way and that's why both doors were wide open for everyone to look in at me while tanning. Well now every time I go tanning here I take a video of me locking the door and making sure it's completely closed so they couldn't tell me otherwise next this happens. Update: the owner is an amazing person! Really took time out of his day to apologize for my inconvenience. I wish I could just give the owner 5 stars.

Yelp says they're open until four on Sundays, but I found out that was wrong when I saw the lights were out and I didn't even make it to the door when I headed back to my car. That's when a little voice yelled out hello. . She told me they closed at three, but she would let me come tan anyway even though it was 308. She must've seen that I really needed some sunshine.
