The lady at the front desk was absolutely incompetent and has spent way too much time watching the real housewives. I also just learned that when you request you cancel, they try and scam you into placing your account into a "freeze status" in which they charge you $7.50 a month to keep it on hold so that you do not have to repay the $75 activation fee if you decide to come back one day. They prey on a particular group of people so please do yourself a favor and avoid this place to save yourself and your wallet.

FYI ONCE SPRAY WAS $35. On Valentine's Day they are doing them for $30. The lady at the front desk was really lovely, I might misspell this but her name was Kryssia! She took the time to explain to me how their spray tans work, from light to medium to dark. You an also add an accelerator or scent or even extra bronze! She showed me how the machine works since I was a little bit nervous to repeat a Ross Galler situation (if you don't get that reference, I can't help you) and talk to me through using the hairnet and I really liked how they had temporary shoes peel off a couple tabs and they stick right to the bottom of your foot so you don't have to experience any ick! The machine wanted itself so you weren't freezing, and had built-in drying. I have to say the machine made a couple noises probably an older machine, but I'm excited to see if it did the trick. I will certainly be returning and try the medium since I opted for the late and didn't want to overdo it on my first try.
