I thought it was surely too good to be true. I emailed Bonnie for an appointment, and she was very accommodating and able to get me in quickly. Within just a few hours, she sent me a link to my photos with the initial edits, and immediately gave me rights/permission to use the pics. I was able to get one uploaded to LinkedIn immediately. She also offers additional editing (your choice) on 2 additional, final photos. She said she could have those to me no later than the next day. She not only switched around her schedule to accommodate me, she also checked in with me while I was in the hospital to make sure we were still on track with the picture time( newborn pics are usually taken within 2 weeks of the baby's birth).
