At the end of my second facial with her, I was as disappointed as the first experience. I don't think I should have to go home after a facial and extract noticeable blackheads... I feel like the facial should be more thorough than that... The spa area is clean and organized. She plays relaxing music and is not overly talkative. You can definitely relax in her studio....
