Pizza arrived sooner than expected, and it was hot, cheesy, and tasted freshly made. The crust was definitely the standout! We wanted to try a smaller local pizza spot instead of one of the big box chains, and Porky's did not disappoint. While it's priced a little higher than the larger pizza chains, the quality and flavor absolutely make it worth it. This place is great! Now, I've only had their food once, but it was delicious! We had a medium calzone, 12 pc garlic knots, and 8 pc Hot wings. Calzone was sooooo good and a good portion. My wife says the knots were the best and the wings were very good. Only issue is the wings were a bit on the small side. Just rude as ever, I asked for extra ranch and Parmesan cheese he immediately got upset and said "oh no , we change 50 cents a ranch ". He treated me as if I was asking for an extra pizza. As if I was offending him by asking for the ranch dressing. I don't like that at all. All he had to say was we charge 50 cents for each additional dressing. This pizza was very well made. It was a recommendation from a friend. I placed my order online and this caused a bit of an inconvenience since it allowed for me to place an order by 1:30PM. Assuming, and being informed by the online order that it would be complete by 2PM, I arrive at the store only to be informed that they open at 2PM! No big deal waiting for a pizza with the nearby shops. I did some other shopping in the meantime. I finally took my pizza home to share with family. They were shocked at the price. It was only a 2 topping large. They all did like it, however, and spoke highly of the crust. Been wanting to try this pizza place for some time now and yesterday we FINALLY did. We aim to order and support from local, family owned restaurants, but I wish the food lived up to the anticipated hype. First issue is they have to expand their delivery area, NOT delivering to a place three miles away from their store, is ridiculous. Next issue was the food was cold and I don't mean it cooled "on the way home", no, it was served to us cold and when we expressed our concern, the lady didn't offer any solution to resolving the issue, besides "making it again". We took the food home and gave it a quick warm up in the airfryer and even after having the food warm, the taste was bland. We ordered the THE FEAST special (a coupon deal). Even though the coupon says $37.99, we STILL paid over $50 for the food. To say the least, we WILL NOT be ordering from the place any longer. read more
