Also, their bread on the panini is worth mentioning - quite yummy! Our favorites though are the variety of salads, both signature as well as the build your own. Smart Salads offers a huge variety of ingredients so you can truly design exactly what you want. Their salad dressings are also delicious and definitely a step above the usual greasy, gloppy salad dressings elsewhere. This restaurant is bright and very clean and they offer outstanding service. We wish it was larger since seating is limited and parking can be problematic. But hopefully, they will do well and expand to a larger location. I got the chipotle chicken crunch wrap. The chicken was delicious, the tortilla chips were still crunchy, and there was a delicious crunch from the bell peppers. The dressing is delicious too! i got the chicken caesar wrap and it tasted very fresh, yummy, and a good size but it was unfortunately missing the cucumber which would've gave it the perfect crunch. i recommend adding extra chicken as there wasn't that much inside the wrap. the store is very tiny inside with only 2 tables and only street parking available. This was much needed!! I sometimes work from home and need a fresh salad between breakfast and dinner and this was top notch. The service was very friendly, the lady who prepped my salad was super nice, explained what was the process and didn't rush me. The place was super clean and organized. The portions were generous, but what I particularly liked was that they weighed the proteins, I think this is a great way to make sure everyone gets an equal amount consistently. This place is a gem to Colton truly you have to come support this place. This place feels a bit hidden if you aren't paying attention because it's next to a home and another sParking might be hard to come by since they don't have an actual parking spot but I did have a short walk to get there. Once inside the building it's a cute small establishment where you can eat inside. I was greeted and helped right away. I ordered a wrap and was able to make substitutions. It didn't take them long to make my food and I was in and out in a matter of less than 5 minutes. I spent $16 on just the wrap alone and it was pleasantly delicious. I could have maybe ate it all in one sitting but since I had somewhere else to be I ate half ate the other half later. The Cesar dressing was also delicious. I wouldn't mind coming back. read more
