I placed an order with the cashier and he was a really nice young man. I asked if he knew what was in the salmon bowl and I pointed to a picture on the wall. He told me everything in the bowl without missing a beat. my coworker said "wow you really know your stuff, that's so awesome" and he just shrugged and smiled. There are cookies on this heated surface by the cash register and oh man they looked so good. My food was prepared really fast. I don't even like sweet potatoes and planned to give them to my coworker but they were so good. I ate my entire bowl and saved the cookie for later. Both were so tasty. Next time, I'm going to get the chocolate cookie and probably the same bowl. I loved it here.

I used to order here a lot a year (or two?) ago when coupons were more abundant. I would get orders…read more50% off with free delivery a lot, so it was a crazy good deal, healthy and macro friendly, and convenient as well. I stopped because they nerfed the coupons and rewards system at some point and it wasn't cost effective anymore. I was excited to get another 50% off coupon recently. The menu is largely unchanged from the previous years, with the addition of like 2 or 3 new plates. There is a lot to choose from with a good chunk of those options being high protein. There's just much more variety than other meal prep services and the meals don't get as boring and repetitive. I was a little annoyed that my order arrived about 40 minutes earlier than scheduled, so I had to rush home from the gym to get it. My impression was that several of the plates felt quite light and looked to have suspiciously tiny portions of protein. You can tell by eyeballing that the provided macros are... optimistic. I couldn't be bothered to weigh every plate, but I did weigh the most obvious offender. The Southwest Chipotle Chicken Bowl claimed to be 411g not including the bowl and it weighed 366g with the bowl. I definitely don't trust the labels, as there's simply no way there's 25g of protein in like an oz of diced chicken. Food was fresh (other than the seafood, which I absolutely do not recommend) and tasted good. Overall, I would sort of recommend for the convenience, but be sure to weigh your bowls so you can make sure you're getting what you paid for.

They may have been regulars, friends, or family, but when you're running a business, I believe every customer should be acknowledged and treated with the same level of courtesy. The young lady helping us seemed frustrated, possibly because we were new to ordering and it was our first time. I understand that restaurants get busy and everyone can have a difficult day, but professionalism and composure are important, especially when dealing with paying customers. The salad itself was a nice size, but the add-ons were disappointing. I paid extra for avocado and chicken, yet the portions were very small for the additional price. Considering the overall prices, I expected a little more. What really stood out was when I asked the young man which end of the counter I should order from. Instead of answering or helping me, he simply ignored me. That came across as very rude and made an already uncomfortable experience worse. Maybe the staff was simply having a bad day, and I can understand that. However, I strongly believe that good customer service starts with something as simple as acknowledging and welcoming every customer. Very small inside, not enough room for everyone to be seated, only two tables four chairs at each. And one table outside sits four. Unfortunately, based on our experience, Smart Salad is a no for me. The prices were high, the add-on portions were limited, and most importantly, we did not feel welcomed or valued as customers. When I'm treated a certain way at a business, I simply choose not to return. Thank you!

Quite possibly the most cheesiest, greasiest, and made-for-bums pizza ever. Been coming here ever since it was known as "No Star Pizza." I usually settle with the 5 dollar all cheese pizza that comes in a different pizza box every time. I think they have an employee that walks the filthy streets of Moreno Valley searching for empty pizza boxes to bring back for re-use. Its a great idea because it saves them money and adds a new "layer" of flavor to the newly baked "fresh" pizza. It's like your five dollars that you stole from your great-grannies purse has now just delivered you a double flavor blasting pizza meal! You should see the smile on my cheap ass face! :D Eat up you successful outgoing people and realize that you too are an All-Star! BUT, after about two slices, prepare for one All-Star of a dump! Wooh that toilet is gonna smell just like the pizza! Good thing it was all cheese because it would not be a pretty picture! Enjoy the pizza, the price, the huge dining area ( yeah right, there is only one plastic chair LOL) and best of all the exhausted face on the ONE worker inside the building.
