Scott, the salesperson who helped me purchase my Macan, was excellent. He was professional, helpful, and continued to check in long after the sale. I really appreciated his efforts throughout the process. I especially want to recognize Asha in the service department. She went above and beyond to help get everything taken care of and made my first service appointment completely stress free. She was responsive, professional, kind, and kept me updated throughout the process. Porsche Seattle is very fortunate to have someone like her on the team. Unfortunately, my experience in the finance office was much different. During the finance process, I worked with Alan. At first, he was very friendly while presenting several optional add ons. However, after my stepdad and I decided to remove a number of them, his demeanor noticeably changed. He became much more closed off and far less friendly. When I wanted to make sure I was receiving a fair value for my Audi trade in, Alan was very dismissive and told me I was going to get the price I was going to get because the car "belongs at auction." The way it was said made me feel like my vehicle was essentially worthless. It was an unprofessional interaction, and if I purchase another vehicle from this dealership, I will request not to work with him. I also experienced a long delay getting the cracked tail light replaced. Although the issue has now been resolved, I appreciate that the dealership ultimately stood behind the vehicle and completed the repair. I only wish the process had been more timely. Overall, I appreciate Scott and Asha for providing outstanding customer service and going the extra mile to make things right. They are a big reason I would consider returning in the future. read more

THE WORST! Osha should be fired immediately! She is NOT honest & giving us the run around. We just bought the car & we had our Taycan in for a service & needed a couple recalls updated. Service changed the home charger cable with the WRONG cable. The first time we ever tried to charge our car, there were error codes & will not charge. We live over 1000 miles away from this SHADY dealership. We took the car to our local porsche dealership & they confirmed they swapped it out with the wrong cable. Osha keeps telling us to deal with the local dealership. We also have to pay for everything out of pocket. We have filed a claim with Porsche North America as well. Wouldn't the technician make sure the charger works after you swap the charging cable? She said "NO". I confirmed with Porsche North America & they said it is protocol that the technician makes sure the charger works after they swap out the cable. So she lied to us. **** 0 STARS**** read more

The parts department seems to be inept - I own and operate an independent vehicle service shop, and periodically need to order parts directly from Porsche. After a particularly expensive part finally arrived, it turned out to be wrong. Another two months elapsed, and the very same wrong part materialized a second time, even though the parts employee verified the correct part number with me over the phone.. then evidently ordered the wrong part, again. One never seems to talk to the same individual twice. We never had these issues with Roger Jobs in Bellingham.. they were excellent, but Swickard closed that dealership to bolster the Lynnwood store. Annoying but tolerable were the Lynnwood store staff actually competent. read more

Absolutely Unacceptable - Porsche Lynnwood Is a Disaster This is, without question, the worst car buying and ownership experience of my life. Porsche Lynnwood is disorganized, dishonest, and completely incapable of standing behind a brand-new Porsche. I purchased a 2025 Porsche Panamera 4 (brand new) on December 4th. At delivery, their team immediately failed to deliver a functioning vehicle. Porsche PCM did not work at all, and I was brushed off with "it'll load tomorrow." That was the first lie. Within hours of leaving the lot, the vehicle began malfunctioning: Reverse camera pixelating Screens blacking out Entire display shutting down while driving Seats and mirrors randomly resetting while driving on the highway This is not an inconvenience -- this is a serious safety issue on a car that was less than 24 hours old. I documented everything with photos and videos and contacted my sales rep immediately. Service refused to help and told me to "make an appointment" -- on a brand-new car I had owned for ONE DAY. By Saturday, the car became unsafe to drive. I sent video proof. On Monday, December 8th, I left the vehicle with them. From that point forward, Porsche Lynnwood did nothing: No diagnosis No fix No timeline No communication regarding the actual issue They claimed to have opened a Porsche corporate ticket -- that appears to be false. I was called back in on Tuesday only to watch them fail to connect a phone for over an hour. Even their own management admitted, "This shouldn't be taking this long." Still -- no solution. By Wednesday and Thursday, we demanded answers or a replacement vehicle. Silence. On Friday, we had to physically show up because no one would give us a direct answer of what is wrong with the vehicle - because they can't even figure it out. The GM, Brant Wimpee, agreed to replace the vehicle through Porsche Customer Experience. We even agreed to pay the price difference just to escape this nightmare. Then finance (Alan Moeini, the 'Finance Director') completely reversed the decision, contradicting their own GM. If the GM has no authority, then he should not be representing the dealership. Now we are being told we are "stuck" with a brand-new Porsche sitting in the shop indefinitely while we drive a loaner. That is not luxury service -- that is bait-and-switch incompetence. For context, I own multiple luxury vehicles (Range Rover, Cadillac, BMW, Mercedes). I have never experienced anything even remotely close to this level of incompetence or disrespect. Porsche Lynnwood: Does not stand behind its vehicles Does not communicate Does not honor its word Does not care about customer safety They have single-handedly destroyed any confidence I had in this dealership and have actively damaged the Porsche brand. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. Go to Bellevue or anywhere else. If you value your time, money, or safety, stay far away from Porsche Lynnwood. We reported these issues immediately and had possession of this "new" car for less than 48 hours before it was sidelined. This is unacceptable by any standard -- especially Porsche's. Let's see if Monday brings real action or more excuses. read more

This service center is terrible. Bring your business to Bellevue Porsche instead. I live in Lynnwood so I decided to try them out. I called and spoke to the service department to see if they can add oil on my Cayenne GTS since the level is showing low oil alert. I was told I can simply drove by and they will do it for me, "no problem." When I arrived, the rude service advisor, (from her face, to body language, and the negative look - you can feel she is not right for the customer service job) I did not even get her name as she approached me immediately, (without good morning or any pleasant way to welcome a guest), "do you have an appointment?" I responded y saying I called and I just needed an oil added to my vehicle. I was immediately asked, do you service your car here? If not, we do not provide oil tap or consultation for cars who are not services here. You should go back to where it was serviced or I can schedule an oil change here for you. I told her I don't need an oil change, just oil added. She told me "we don't do that here" and asked me to leave. I did not argue or say a word as I was appalled by how a luxury brand like Porsche treat and at customers like your on a convenient store. Reading the past reviews, I doubted that the negative comments are just isolated with few bad employees, but experiencing one myself is hard to argue. Take your business to Bellevue folks - you will see the difference in overall customer care and customer service. read more

Be careful in purchasing something used from Porsche North Seattle. Bought a used truck and the transmission failed within 100 miles. Prior to purchase, I asked if I could take the truck to mechanic to be inspected with 3-5 days. The sales manager indicated they don't allow this process as a policy. Hence, I am relying their shop to inspect the vehicle fully which was my mistake. The management team was nowhere to be found after my initial conversation when I brought the issue to their attention. The young sales person was the only conduit and I knew that she was not the one making decisions. They offered $1,000 towards an $8,500 repair which barely covers the tax. After expressing my frustrations, still no attempt to contact me from their management team. Absolute disappointment!! I don't plan to step foot into another Swickard dealership! read more

Porsche Seattle North is closer than my usual dealer (Porsche Bellevue), so I hoped it could become my new service location. Unfortunately, what should have been routine warranty work stretched into a six-week ordeal. I arrived with a list of items to be addressed under my Porsche Vehicle Service Protection (VSP). The service advisor and service manager were unable to correctly identify what was covered, surprising given that VSP is Porsche's own product. I had to contact Porsche directly to obtain accurate coverage information myself. Communication throughout the process was poor. The service advisor was slow to return calls, did not respond to emails, and failed to address specific questions I raised in voicemails and messages. A recall item that Porsche had notified me about, which I communicated via voicemail and email, was never addressed. When I expressed my frustration and requested that the service manager contact me, I received a call the following morning. Rather than addressing my concerns, the service manager accused me of using profanity in my prior communications. This was untrue. The handling of my primary concern - a drivetrain noise - raised further doubts about the service department's competence. The service manager indicated the noise was difficult to diagnose and could require up to eight hours to tear down the transmission, with me responsible for the cost if no issue was found. This was puzzling: PDK transmissions are sealed units. Dealerships replace them; they don't tear them down and repair them. Moreover, when I dropped off the vehicle, I relayed a diagnosis from the factory-trained technician at my local independent Porsche shop suggesting a failing drive shaft bearing or rear differential. My regular dealership later confirmed a failing rear differential within an hour of starting work. The repair was fully covered under VSP. Given these issues, I escalated the matter to the general manager, who assured me he would personally resolve the situation. Poor communication continued, along with a dismissive attitude from the service manager. Only after contacting the dealership principal did communication started to improve but issues persisted. I ultimately returned to my regular dealer to complete the work. This experience did not meet the standard I would expect from any dealership, let alone a Porsche dealership. The new service manager seems more interested in being right and arguing than going above and beyond for the customer. This is what the Porsche experience has become in Seattle and unfortunately am stuck choosing between two poorly performing dealerships. read more

Got to my service appointment and at checkin I was told that my appointment was not showing in the system. However they still found a room to get the service done but no loaner. (Didn't start well part) Christina, who checked me in today, quickly worked to resolve the issue on hand. Prepared a shuttle to work immediately, took down the time for pickup, and some discount for the service work. Her associate even offered to deliver the car to my work so I didn't have to return to the dealership. These mishaps happen and everyone makes a mistake. Their approach to rectify the situation and professionalism is what gets them this review. Definitely recommend working with Christina at Porsche. read more

Extremely disappointed with this dealership. Based on my recent experience, it's clear they only care about making the sale--after that, you're on your own. I've been trying to get a copy of my sales receipt for over three weeks now. I've left multiple messages with the finance department, the sales manager, even reached out through Facebook--no response at all. If they can't be bothered to send a simple receipt, I seriously question how they would handle something as important as a warranty issue. This level of customer service is unacceptable. read more

Unfortunately, on a road trip with my top down I took a rock (yes a rock) to my radio screen...it shattered my screen, a big bummer. On the same trip I took another rock to my windshield. They both needed replacing. I phoned Robb Johnson from the road and he got busy ordering replacements parts. Their crackerjack service team got right to work replacing both screen and windshield. Got an excellent deal, experience, and car here today! Scott was EXCELLENT, the best salesperson I've ever bought a car from, and I've bought lots in my time! When I called to see if the car was still available and asked what shape it was in, Scott went outside and checked it over for me, and then called me back and told me about it. I then went up to purchase it, and he and all the staff there were all very professional and accommodating. The transaction was very quick, and the car was beautifully detailed before I drove it home; I've NEVER had a prior car dealership fill up the gas tank after I bought a car from them either.
