I took the chance as I was in a wedding that friday. I left with semi dry hair as i told her she didn't need to dry it all the way bc she kept commenting how thick and how my hair i had. which I guess i won't do again bc i got home to completely dry and thats when the mess was to be seen. when I called originally I asked for simple *blended* in highlights for my blonde hair. I now have extremely streaky blonde streaks and you can see where the foil was started several areas underneath. I cried all weekend but there was nothing that could be done as I was heading out of town for a wedding. going back to another probably 3 years of not letting anyone touch my hair again. please teach your stylists blending techniques? this is not ok!! i'm extremely upset with this. Update stylist reached out to me and said my highlights look great to her and if I wanted a blended look she could do it for $30 - and that she sees the sides and how the foil just didn't go all the way to the scalp. Her location is close to me, which is a huge plus, and she works efficiently without ever making you feel rushed. I like to get in and out, and she delivered--while still giving me a thorough wash, protein treatment, silk press, and trim. What I appreciated most is that she listened to how I felt about my hair and what I wanted, then actually followed through instead of just doing her own thing.
