My wife and I moved from Cincinnati, Ohio to Port Charlotte a month ago. We bought a nice house that had a septic tank, and I really didn't have any experience with that kind of system. New septic system failed after two years. Drain field was flooded and not draining at all. Paid another company to install new drain field as Terry would not give me any price break to have this redone. I feel PC septic did not do a proper job the first time but unfortunately I cannot prove it. New company did such an outstanding job, it was like a night and day difference in quality of work and products used. Buyer beware! read more

The septic service this company performed made the house I was selling pass inspection. 11 days after paying my bill in full via debt card my account was charged $296.00 without any notice. When I called I was told it was a processing fee for paying with a debt card. Some customer service! I ended up having to take it up with my debt card processing company. This is the absolute most unprofessional company I have ever worked with. We were set to have a septic inspection done on a home for purchase. The appointment was for 12 noon. Realtor and clients waited and waited at the property for 30 minutes, with no one showing up. The realtor calls the company to be told they "were already there about 45 minutes ago" -- first of all, who goes early without calling the realtor who you knew wanted to be there for the inspection and doesn't tell them? Secondly -- report came back as "inspection was unable to be fully performed" since the septic tank brand was one they were not authorized to pump to fully inspect. For one thing, we do not even believe they really ever truly showed up at the property to do anything. IF they actually did, why did they not call the realtor to tell him that it could NOT be performed to refer them to someone who COULD do the inspection at that point. Instead the company still charged the client the FULL inspection fee including a pump out (which they said they could not do) and provided only a history of previous owner's problems/issues with the system with no real clear cut answers if the septic passed or failed inspection. The customer called to inquire as to why they were still charged the full amount to 1) be transferred to supposed owner and "transferred" the call resulting in being hung up on, then 2) customer called back for call to not be answered (assuming because the caller ID must have shown who was calling), and then 3) call from another number to be absolutely scolded like a child on the phone, told to "save your speel until I talk", then SCREAMED at by very unprofessional office staff. I would NEVER in a million years recommend this horrible company to anyone. If you like being talked to in a condescending way like you are a 10 year old when you simply call to get answers about what you paid for, then have at it. Otherwise, steer clear of this mess -- obviously pumping all this s*** has turned their brains and customer service to the same. read more

Very unprofessional. Seems like they didn't want to do a proper job and pumping everything out. I had tell them again and again that clean the main septic tank. All they wanted to do was clean the filter and leave. I would never recommend this service to anybody. read more
