So I called. I could see the fellow inside was on the phone but it rang, so they clearly have call-waiting. I would think it be pollicy that instead of letting the phone ring till exhaustion you politely ask the person ur talking to to hold for a sec and answer the other line, if only to put me on hold. But instead with me standing right outside the door with the phone to my ear he just ignored me and let it ring and ring and ring. I probs called about 10 times as i was thoroughly annoyed. It would have cost them my business but my wife is far more patient than I, and we dont know where else to find what we were looking for. So after 10mins of waiting he finally answered for my wife as she stood at the door in the cold.
