I have no complaints. We waited about 15 minutes for a shuttle going to and from the cruise port, and they helped us with our luggage. We even had a friendly driver who got us into vacation mode acting like a tour guide on our short 5-minute trip from the parking lot to the front door of the cruise terminal. Used them now four cruises and they do not disappoint. First, they are easy to get to. Literally 5 minutes from drop off and pick up is a breeze (at the pier, just make sure you go to "Port Parking lane" and NOT "Port Canaveral Parking lane. Amazing staff. From drive up greeting to putting ur luggage on the bus. They lined up the our luggage and not load until we are ready to get on the bus. The driver was very pleasant and interactive. Told and showed us where to get the bus when we get back. When we got back they were there to pick us up, load the bus and dropped us back to the parking garage. Where we got our car a went on our way. We will definitely be parking with Port Parking again. Thanks guys. read more

Great experience! We live in Tampa and drove to Port Canaveral for a one week cruise. The onsite port parking doesn't have EV chargers, but Port Parking Space does! The location is pretty close to the pier, and we saw shuttles going between the two with great frequency. My husband said his experience parking was excellent. He was immediately directed to an EV charging space, they had the reservation on file, there was a shuttle ready to whisk him to our cruise. The whole process was seamless. When we arrived back in port, there were several shuttles waiting to bring passengers back to the parking lot, and since we had prepaid, we just drove on out and back home! I'd happily use Port Parking Space again. read more

This is specifically for EV users. I booked my reservation specifically since I wanted one of the "many" EV spots available here - a great perk when parking long term on a cruise! However, you NEED to arrive early. I arrived 2.5 hours before my allocated cruise boarding time, and I still missed an available EV spot. Well - the spot was technically available, but all the chargers were used. I really wish they gave reservations specifically for EV spots - something they should be able to easily add and monitor, so that patrons who are relying on the charge don't waste their time (and thus leave a bad review). Some pros were that shuttle service wasn't too long, and price was a bit better than the main cruise parking. But with tip + the additional time it takes to get there (especially waiting for a shuttle back, that took about 10-15 minutes), it would have been better to just park at the cruise terminal for convenience. At the very least, staff was really great - I was emailing Brandon about my car, and although he wasn't able to disconnect a car currently charged to 100% (fair, but annoying at the same time - if I was at 100%, I wouldn't have minded another car taking my cable - and Teslas do disconnect from the J1772 charger, it's just the adapter that locks in place, which was a point of contention during the email correspondence), he did plug an open charger when the Tesla left in the morning I arrived back. Unfortunately, that amounted to a whopping 4 miles, so a bit too little, too late. For non-EV users, especially if you want guaranteed parking and don't mind a bit of a wait, this will probably be a 4-5 star experience for you. If they fix their EV process, as a sole EV user, I'd be willing to give them a shot again for my next cruise. read more

1 March 2025 We cruise frequently and always use Port Parking Space. They provide excellent service, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Their facility is well laid out and organized. Service is outstanding at either end. Arrive at their location and most of the time (99%) there is a bus waiting for your ship. Remember they service all the cruise lines and all the ships. We all know how we feel getting off the ship, man we do not want to go home. Once off the ship all we want to do is get home as fast as possible. Coming off the Freedom we had just missed the pickup bus, however within five minutes or so here comes another one of their buses. This bus is a Special Bus due to Louis being the driver. Come to find out we are both military and family men. So, we talked all the way back to the parking facility. I fell on the ship and injured my right shoulder, of course I am right-handed. I told Louis my story and he stopped the bus at our car. Then he jumps out and grabs our bags and places them into the trunk for me! WOW, was that nice of him or what? Now Louis is my favorite driver, what he did was what us Marines like to call, "Above and beyond"! We are cruising next month and guess where we are parking? It's cheap but you get what you pay for. They promote that they have multiple EV chargers but the 17 year olds that are in charge of checking people in don't seem to provide any direction or enforcement so they were all full with non-EVs. You have to take a shuttle so it is less convenient than parking at the terminal garage and adds 20-30 minutes to getting off the ship and on the road. Might be a good fit if you're looking to save money but if you value your time, just park at the terminal. read more

These guys are legit. We found them because of solid reviews and gave them a try with fingers crossed. They delivered on their promises. Everything was so smooth with no waiting on the way to and from the port. Other parking lots had lines of folks waiting for the next shuttle and these guys loaded all that were waiting (and our luggage) with one fell swoop. I kinda don't want to give them any more press because then everyone will want to park there....but that would be selfish of me. If you are leaving out of Port Canaveral, you should definitely park your rig here. read more

Just got off princess cruise. Port parking space was very good with one exception. We waited at the princess cruise terminal for about 20min for a bus to arrive. When you get off the ship you just want to get on the road and go home. In that amount of time, 2 park and cruise buses had come and gone. Maybe they were just lucky but the wait was annoying none the less. read more

Overall I would highly recommend Port Parking Space. Minimal wait time for the shuttles when you arrive to parking lot. The staff was friendly and attentive to our needs, very accommodating. When returning from the port they are located closely to the exit so it is not a far walk returning to the shuttle. Swift and efficient. Drop off was pretty easy and we were off to our cruise dropoff within 20mins. The crew were very nice at drop off. However, returning was a nightmare. Yes due to the ships been late docking after Cost Guard opened Port Carneveral( Hurricane Helene), 3 hrs we and 100 people all stood in 92degrees heat unshaded at the pickup point which was very poorly signed! Everyone just stood in a big unorderly crowd-no one knows who was in what line as the young man working for Port Parking Space was overwhelmed and no clue if a van was coming and when! He would checked our name off after we spoke and said 2hrs. 20 mins later it was 4 hrs if not more as he wasn't sure how many vans were coming.At that point after 45mins and not a single of their bus stopped to pick anyone up, he still had all the crowd in disorder and kept saying " you know who you are on Bus1" Off course at that point after 1 hrs 30mins since we got there, everyone was " you know who you are for bus 1"- I did called and left a message and 2 texts and they did responded but with no confirmation when a van would be by! There was hardly any cars coming in to arrival by time we boarded. Some had called Uber or Lyft and took off. One passenger standing a few feet away fr us passed out and fire truck, ambulance and police all came and she was transported to the hospital for heat stroke. 40 of us sweared we would never use this company again! Park in the covered parking lot right across fr arrivals- a short walk away and worth the money. This was a very terrible way to end our much relaxed cruise :((( read more

We arrived at the Port parking Space which is easy to find in Port Canaveral. We cruised on Royal Caribbean's Independence of the Seas. The parking attendants were prompt and courteous. There is minimal wait time as they have many shuttles and drivers. Aside from the parking ramp next door to Cruise terminal 1, this is the closest parking available. It's only a couple minutes. At the end of the cruise, the driver was there waiting and we were off in only a few minutes. I would repeat in a heartbeat! read more

Check-in was pretty smooth. We had a large group of 19 and we were all on the same bus with all of our bags within 20 minutes. The return was a different story. We waited for a bus for almost 2 hours and were repeatedly told the next bus was 20 minutes out. The check in process was disorganized and the number of buses in rotation was minimal. All in all the return to the car process and the lack of accurate and helpful communication during the return, dropped what was a please check-in experience down to 2 stars. read more

The area is secure,monitored 24 hrs and is gated. All the employees are respectful,helpful& make you feel safe to leave your vehicle there! Never disappointed,getting off the ship,just walk to section 4/5 for off site parking. Both ways,the driver loads your luggage. I live in a 55+ Park in Fla& now my neighbors are hooked on Port Parking Space. Shuttles are frequent,never over crowded & located with a short ride to the Port. We had a horrible from LAX to Orlando. Our flight was delayed a few times until finally we made it. We had a cruise to catch to the Bahamas. Our first contact with the parking structure with Lanaae was nothing short of outstanding Her customer service is impeccable. She is the epitome of what care and service should be. Easy in and out access, friendly and efficient staff, very helpful. We had a situation where one of our party left a bag at the terminal. They brought him back and picked him up and drove him back after he retrieved the bag at no extra charge. I used Port Parking Space for the second time for my cruise on Mar. 26, 2023. They proved again to be friendly, professional and efficient. I will only use this parking facility in the future, and strongly recommend them to my friends and family. Upon my return from my cruise, I embarrassingly left one of my suitcases at the parking facility and drove home. When I called the office, an employee Christopher Belanger confirmed that he had my suitcase and assured me it would be safely held in their parking office. He offered to bring it and meet me near Orlando, saving me approx. 3 extra hours driving from where I live. Christopher went way beyond to help me, providing excellent customer service. He IS the perfect example of what customer service should be. He is a model employee, representing his company very well.
