I had all kinds of questions, probably sent the poor guy about 100 messages. But hey.. they're some patient people over there at Infinity Motors and all my questions were answered, real professional like. Let me say I sent some other RV folks messages, and I'd be lucky to get a response before I reach my 100th birthday, forget about it. But not Infinity, they're on their A game buddy. Now that I knew.. what was what.. I was asked if I'd like to make an appointment. I said "absolutely bud" and the next day I met Jason to check out a few monster RVs. Jason was a real patient guy, he didn't press my buttons. I had my eyes set on a big boy 2015 Olympia Coach. I told Jason I had to look at a few Coaches over at Camping World. Long story short, it's just a bunch of wise guys over at Camping World, real pushy fellas. Anyways I gave Jason a call right after leaving Camping World. I met back with him at Infinity, put a deposit down, and went for a ride. Everything seemed to look good and the price was right so I bought the bad boy! I can fit everybody in this RV, it's a real beast! I've taken it all over. A side note to Jason, sorry it took me so long to leave this review.. I've been traveling around.. So, after a transmission problem in KY, we got on our way to FL. We arrived and things were going fine until our RV caught on fire. Yep, actual flames. Fortunately, we caught very quickly and put it out without damage to us or the RV. Note to newbie RV-ers: Get a fire extinguisher, even if you think you will never need it. We had to be towed from Viera to Cocoa and found Infinity Motors through a simple google search. We called another place first and they didn't answer the phone, so Infinity got our business. We are so glad they did! The other place should be kicking themselves now! We got towed in and were greeted by Larry, the mechanic and he was friendly, down to earth and really helpful. He consoled me a bit as I was a bit scared from the whole process. He explained what he thought it might be and told us he would take care of us and even stay late if he had to in order to get us going again. It ended up being a oil leak and the oil caught on fire on the exhaust. (my husband really should write this review because I don't know car terms so bear with me) When the owner arrived, he (Jason) and Larry spoked to us and told us it would be a bit more involved, but immediately left to get the necessary parts and returned to start working. We found out it would be more than that afternoon to get it fixed so we went to stay with family that evening. They were so friendly. Jason, the owner, really knows his stuff, as does Larry, and they were both knowledgeable and easy to understand in explanation of the mechanics of the problem. I'll be honest, being a woman, I don't always get treated like I know anything at car shops so I was impressed that they treated me like a part of the decision making process with my husband, answered my questions and explained things to BOTH of us. I don't know much about RV's, but I want to learn and appreciate how they spoke to me and my husband about the same RV issues equally. We came back the next day and our RV was ready to go. Our invoice was itemized, easy to understand and fully explained. They kept the old parts to show us what was done and didn't do anything we didn't ask for, but went above and beyond to make sure were on the road again. They didn't try to sell us extras either, but suggested things to be aware of in the future. They were honest, straight forward and told us what was necessary now for safety or what could wait, because we are on a strict budget, but want to make sure we get to our next destination. We got on the road and had no trouble until today when the RV started misfiring. Now our RV is 30 years old, so we don't expect it to run perfectly all the time, but when Jason and Larry looked at it before, they mentioned fixing the exhaust and we decided against that because it wasn't imperative at the time. Now it probably will be and we are okay with that. We contacted them this morning, Sunday when they are closed, and they told us to bring it over in the morning and they will take a look asap. Wow! What other shops do this? None. I haven't been to many who even answer the phone on a day off or won't try to sell you a bunch of stuff you don't need or take weeks on your car. We were in and out in a day, treated respectfully and nothing came up as a surprise financially. Pretty great! I'lll update tomorrow after our RV is fixed again, but I have no doubts it will be fixed perfectly and we will back on our journey! Thanks to Jason, Larry and Phil!

We…read morehave a (new to us) 10 year old 42' Diesel Pusher, and with any rig that size, we had a small list of items that needed to be repaired. I was able to call and make an appointment on Saturday (which was a huge plus for me), and got to meet the technician (Ken) on site. Since the rig was new to me, Ken took some time to review some of the outstanding issues and walked me through some of the less know traits on my Tiffin. So parts were ordered and a follow-up date was established. After a short period, the list of needed repairs and improvements grew slightly, so when Ken returned, I had more items that needed to be replaced. Ken is very methodical and thinks through his repairs. I found it very rewarding to watch and learn from Ken. It took Ken about 8 hours to finish my list, but I was very happy with the results and the process. Having a mobile tech is a great benefit, and Ken's work is very professional and reasonably priced. I will be using ACE again in the future, and they have earned my trust and business.

Horrible service! Stopped in to get a new battery installed. I knew it was more expensive than…read moreWalmart but figured it would be faster and free install would be worth it. The 60lb teenage girl couldn't even break the terminals loose due to corrosion and wasn't strong enough to lift the battery out of my truck. I ended up breaking the terminals loose for the poor girl and lifting the old battery out and the new battery in. So much for free install. Maybe the company should stop being cheap and increase wages to attract mechanically inclined individuals to work there. Also there is no date sticker on the battery, hopefully if it dies within warranty period they don't give me trouble for a replacement. I'll buy my batteries from Walmart from now on and install myself, so much cheaper and less hassle.

JEFF IS THE GREATEST RV TECHNICIAN, HANDS DOWN! Late at…read morenight I snagged and disconnected a low hanging cable. This created cascading issues, beginning with shutting down my inverter. David responded quickly and talked me through diagnosis and a stop gap solution. That got us back up and running, saving a refrigerator and freezer full of food. It was only after the power was restored that Jeff and I realized he was over 1,200 miles away and would not be making the permanent repairs required. I can't express to you how patient, knowledgeable, and helpful Jeff was in getting our self-imposed electrical issue resolved. Additionally, I've picked up some new skills and just a bit of knowledge. You can't put a price on that.

Those 2 reasons alone will have me coming back to only AutoZone for all of my do-it-yourself car needs. There is always a line of people at every AutoZone that I've ever gone to. They move the lines fast. They always have knowledgeable people working there. It's not like one of the big box stores that have clerks or cashiers that just happen to be stocking or ringing your orders in the auto department. These employees consistently know their stuff.
