I'm not sure just how recent this all will be still but this was my experience there. Many dogs up to 6 or 10 will be in one kennel area for the entire day. They do not watch the areas/have someone attending to watch at all times. There are dog fights daily there and they WILL NOT TELL YOU that your dog got into a fight. Inspect your dog DAILY if you do go with this place. The hiring/assistant manager the time KICKED AND THREW the dogs into the kennels when he would open the door. Simply saying "it doesn't hurt them it's fine." and one dog got out and he kicked it so bad it urinated everywhere out of FEAR. Needless to say he made me clean it up after I was done crying in the bathroom. Next day i quit and told the owner at the time. They have cameras there so the owner definitely SEES it but doesn't seem to care. Be wary of this place. Many people on indeed and here will tell you the same things. I love that I can drop my dog off at PetSuites for the day to run and play with other big dogs and burn off some of his energy since we haven't been able to do our daily walks. I have also boarded him here twice and I feel like they take very good care of my boy. They follow instructions well with the food and supplements. I like to pay extra for the Pawgress report and he always looks happy and well in the photos. Furthermore, I like to sign my dog up for a nail trim sometimes when I drop him off for group play and they always do a good job. I've had him bathed and brushed out at the end of boarding visits and he comes home smelling fresh and clean! The employees here are always nice. I honestly don't know what I would do if I didn't have Petsuites' help with my dog.

They had a fight in the morning and a second one in the evening. The dogs were left unattended, together during day play. The "handlers" apparently blew the airhorns to get the other dog to stop attacking my dog, that didn't work so then ran to get Adam. What if he wasn't there? My dog would probably not be here today. My dog and the other dog were put back together later the same day, which does not make any sense to anyone with a functioning brain. I didn't know the extent of my dogs injuries due to the attack. Adam tried to negotiate with me to pay the vet bill from his vet even before me being able to see my dog. MY DOG GOT ATTACKED DUE TO YOUR NEGLIGENCE. He offered to give me a free week if I paid $500-600 for the vet bill. Just goes to show you how absolutely money hungry he is and what he's willing to put at risk ( YOUR DOG). I took my dog to our regular vet that Thursday and he had to have 2 drains surgically put into his leg to let it drain and keep swelling down. Not once did Adam apologize for what happened. Not once did he express any compassion or sympathy. That's when I realized it's all just money for him. You and your dog are just another dollar sign to him. This is just a warning for those of you thinking of coming here. He hires people off the street who have 0 dog training or experience with handling dogs to work for him. He is an extremely rough handler, i've watched him myself. The things that are done to your dog when no one is watching makes my blood boil. Please think twice about what may happen to your pup while in their care. My dog paid the price, don't let yours also. We've had a long 3 years of recovery for my dog to be able to trust other people and dogs again. He will never be the dog that he was before because of Adam and Obedient Paws. Please, if you love your dog, don't walk, RUN far away from this place and this man. You will be doing your dog the greatest service.

It was her first actual day…read more(aside from the temperament test which I was told she did fine) and was told that my dog was being an instigator with another small dog, which I understand because she can play rough, and that she had her ears pinned back (as a pit bull she always has her ears relaxed which is pinned back, giving them that seal look which can be seen as an example in the photos) and that she was "not a good fit for them." I asked why they had small dogs with the bigger dogs and was told "the small dogs are too rambunctious to be with the other small dogs." I was told that staff had to break up my dog and the small dog and she was put into a kennel for the rest of the day but the dogs had never gotten physical. I pick my dog up and she has scratches and bite marks on her tummy and no one had called and told me. I called them and they said that they had no idea but that my dog was still welcome to come back. Never coming back here again.

We were called with an update about some things, Maisie needed an ear cleaning and a notice of an old scratch on one of her legs.
