They did a good job trying to minimize the damage as much as possible. The damage that was made was promptly fixed. This is the third time we've had them come to the home. I'm writing a review for this particular service call since it was larger than the last service call (thermostat installs). After a long phone conversation with Frank, during which we gave him all the information necessary for an accurate estimate, he gave us prices for installing generators of different sizes, and told us what the prices did and did not include. After coming to our home, he gave us a written estimate that was no where near what he said over the phone, and was over 50% more! When we asked him why the estimate was so much more than what he told us, he made up a bunch of excuses that made it clear that this was a bait and switch (including saying that his previous phone quote didn't include items that he said it did include).
