They did a good job trying to minimize the damage as much as possible. The damage that was made was promptly fixed. This is the third time we've had them come to the home. I'm writing a review for this particular service call since it was larger than the last service call (thermostat installs). BQ - if you see this - be prepared, I will call you for lighting updates on the outside of the house this time :)

I originally was quoted $85.00 service fee to walk in the door plus parts. I supplied all parts. The job required them to replace a new high hat fixture in place of the existing one. The two electricians were here a total of thirty minutes. The electricians supposedly called their office and a girl gave me a total of $380.00 for the job. I asked her to breakdown the charges. she would not. She told me that this is their fee for the job. The girl commented that they don't work by the hour but by the job. This was a far cry from the $85.00 plus parts that she originally quoted me. I finally gave the two electricians a check made out to Arsen Jaupi who I assumed was the name of the electrician. I was afraid to argue with them. Don't use them under any circumstances or you'll get ripped off.
