As a bride, I had a lot of requests and very specific about the logistics of how I wanted things moved to during the transition of the ceremony, cocktail hour, cake cutting, reception, etc. Dia and Her really made sure that our vision came to life and was there throughout the day of our wedding from venue setup at 10am all the way until our wedding ended and we had to break everything down, 12am. She's also flexible and can work within your budget for the services that you need. Having an experienced day of coordinator is really important since it alleviates the stress for the bride and groom and we are so glad that we booked Dia and Her! Additionally, prior to our wedding, Dia and her husband met up with us to tour our wedding venue together so that they can get a better idea of how the big day would look like. Dia really helped us with the rehearsal practice the day prior to our wedding and lined everyone up accordingly. On the day of our wedding, everything went smoothly thanks to Dia's coordination. There was a small hiccup with our catering team during dinner and Dia was able to help address it so that we weren't stressed about our guests not having water. Additionally, throughout our wedding day, Dia made sure to remind us to eat snacks, drink water, and even grabbed us a plate of food/appetizers when we were getting ready and taking photos. Not only that but made sure to grab us a drink from the bar and asked if we needed anything. Sabrina and Rachelle, our banquet event manager and coordinator, delivered seamless execution and went above and beyond at every stage. With more than 20 years of experience, their expertise was evident from the moment we began planning. Unlike other venues/coordinators we encountered, Sabrina and Rachelle genuinely listened to our vision, offered thoughtful suggestions, and shared creative ideas that elevated our event beyond what we had even imagined. Their attention to detail was impeccable. From the food presentation - exquisitely elegant, with varied buffet heights and beautifully ruffled tablecloths to the flawless table settings that radiated sophistication - everything felt extraordinary. Guests enjoyed an hour of pre-dinner appetizers, including a central charcuterie board and pre-poured champagne glasses, which helped avoid the usual rush you often see at events like this. They also suggested two fully staffed bars with two bartenders each, open the entire time, ensuring easy access for everyone. They were spot on as there were no lines the entire night! We booked the "Month Of Coordination" package, and it was easily one of the best decisions we made in our entire wedding planning process. Layla took over all vendor communication, developed detailed timelines, and set up plans for both our ceremony venue (a redwood grove where we had to bring in chairs, etc) and the reception site (a coffee shop with an outside caterer). We changed caterers a month before the wedding, and added a videographer about three weeks before, and she incorporated those changes with no trouble. I had booked a classic Mustang as a surprise for my husband, and she kept that timeline and communication fully separate, so he had no idea. When it came to our rehearsal and wedding day, I was calm and able to be fully present because we were in good hands. We ultimately chose to have our wedding here, because our initial meeting with Dmitriy went smooth: he was willing to work with us, allowed us to have free range on pretty much anything we wanted & of course, the venue is stunning! We loved that he wasn't necessarily part of a big wedding corporation that puts the focus on getting the event over with, he made sure we knew that our wedding day was about us and that we enjoyed it after all the effort and planning that went into it. Having our wedding ceremony and reception together at the same place was something we wanted and the venue was perfect for our wedding of about 80 guests. The Eleganto Rancho team did their due diligence making sure the venue was cleaned properly, stocked up where needed and making sure that guests were comfortable. We were going for a place that was very outdoorsy, surrounded by trees and nature. We also wanted a place that had plenty of FREE on-site parking without having to take a shuttle. After countless days and hours of searching, I am so glad that I came across Eleganto Rancho in Sacramento, CA. My husband and I made an appointment to meet with the venue owner, Dmitriy. He gave us a tour of the venue and immediately my husband loved the venue! We were able to visualize where we wanted to place all our decor and set up the space. There were many things we loved about the venue and honestly, our wedding day was the best day ever for us! Firstly, there's tons of space at the venue for your guests to park safely! Moreover, I love the market lights that are pre-installed throughout the venue! They're so pretty at night. Eleganto Rancho doesn't charge a service fee, there are no preferred vendors. You can bring your own catering or your own food if you'd like as long as it's approved by the owner, Dmitriy. He does require you to purchase a liability insurance, but it's very inexpensive. There's no food and drink minimum. No bar minimum. What's really cool about Dmitriy's venue is that he tries to keep it very reasonable when it comes to pricing! You have the freedom to decorate the space to your liking and make your vision come to life! Also, I love how he has a designated spot for food trucks, which my husband and I definitely took advantage of! We hired a taco truck vendor and it was such a huge hit! Dmitriy offers different packages: just the venue and venue + chairs and tables rentals. Dmitriy makes things very easy because he has rentals which include, but are not limited to: florals, arches, tableware, flatware, glassware, coolers, bar station, lawn games, canopy, tables, chairs, linens, luxury portable bathrooms, and much more!! The venue booking includes access to a prepping area, getting ready room, 2 regular sized refrigerators, a wine cooler fridge and of course a bathroom. You can rent these items directly through him. Dmitriy helped us set up the ceremony area, and the reception area as well. He also helped with trash disposal. Some of the best memories about Dmitriy was when we were setting up our own wedding arch, but it was getting knocked over by the wind -- Dmitriy saved the day by letting us use his sand bags prevent the arch from toppling over. Also, when my husband and I were doing our faux wedding exit and we gave our guests hand sparklers. Dmitriy came out with a torch to help us light the sparklers. He helped us light them a lot faster, which allowed us to have more burn time with the sparklers when taking photos and videos. I really appreciate him doing that for us. He also recorded snippets of the wedding and transferred them into my personal external hard drive for me on the same night. Dmitriy is very thoughtful and very attentive. He's super helpful and accommodating. You have to come see the venue for yourself at night time to get the full effect of how beautiful it is. I really didn't want to leave the venue! It was the best night ever. It was so peaceful and my husband and I even received a lot of compliments from our guests telling us how beautiful our wedding was! I'm not gonna lie, I was initially really nervous about the entire wedding process. Especially when my husband and I had 3 months to plan it all. However, Dmitriy was very helpful in answering our questions such as when it came to asking for recommendations for particular vendors. I'm so happy that everything worked out so beautifully! In fact, many of our guests told my husband and I that it was one of the best weddings that they ever attended. That really made me feel good because I spent a lot of time in a short amount of time (3 months) to plan it all with the help of my husband. Dmitriy also assured us that it was doable, but to see your vision come to life, was more AMAZING than words can say. Eleganto Rancho is such a beautiful venue. I re-read all of the reviews for this place after our event and really don't understand why there…read moreisn't more objective, honest feedback posted. We held a corporate event at this space due to our typical hotel ballroom being unavailable. This venue was an overall fail for us. 1. Setting - It was a bit dated and run down. The fixtures are gaudy, but in cheesy way. Quilted vinyl on the walls, gold-plated silverware, and a rusted carriage outside. 2. Service - The staff was fairly intrusive and unprofessional. The busgirl started wheeling around a creaky cart with plastic gray bus tubs in the middle of our dinner. After we asked the event manager to have her quit that, she came back out without the cart but with the same dingy gray plastic tubs. She also tried to take our speakers' plates while they were at the podium. The staff needs some training on proper service standards. 3. Food - The food was mixed. Multiple attendees commented that the food was sub-par. The cheese and app course looked great. The mains were less successful. Mushy short ribs and salmon that looked like they threw it in the chafing dish just didn't meet expectations. The vegetables left a lot to be desired - they were ok, but underwhelming. I would also note that there was no ice out for the water or iced tea. 4. Cleanliness - big L on this front. One of the stalls in the men's room had an unprofessional hand-written out of order sign on it. Guys - just hire a plumber. We also experienced a leak from the celling that left a gross brown liquid on one of our place settings. This is unacceptable for a corporate event, even more so for a wedding. So overall, the staff was pleasant to work with and nice enough. That said, I just can't imagine taking the risk of scheduling a large important event at this venue.

He gave us a tour of the venue and answered all of our questions before we made the decision to book the venue. We knew that we had to find an air conditioned venue to escape that September heat that could accommodate 100+ guests, and could also fit a jump house. It was also the first day of NFL football season so our guests appreciated having two tv's available to watch their games as well. This place really checked all the boxes for us! I love the aesthetic of the venue, it's very clean and spacious. Also, Devon allowed us to bring in outside vendors to include a jump house (JEM Castles) and a 360 Photo Booth (Kapture King 360). Devon's team provided the balloon arrangement/backdrop, which we loved as it was not only convenient but they also did a beautiful job making my vision come to life. Our family and friends complimented the venue so we know that we chose the best place for our daughter's party. Thank you so much for your amazing hospitality, Devon and Menefee Canvas Space team.
