They said it wasn't a problem, took my information and said that they would call us the night before the flight to let us know if we would be going up the following morning. The night before the flight we hadn't heard from them, so we had to call the at 9:30pm to confirm. He was able to answer all of our questions and put our minds at ease. After the initial meets we met again to finalize our plans and timeline and then even taste the food. The day of the wedding everything was set up upon arrival. The linens, chairs, covers, and food were set up. Greg kept my wedding party in line and moving. He also checked in with me several times during the wedding to make sure everything was running well and to my expectation. He kept the food topped off and the transitions were seem less. We were in California and the wedding in Idaho, so as the parents of the bride, we needed not just someone to give some recommendations, but someone to plan every detail to perfection. Due to the services of professional wedding planner, Missy Pocock, everything was INCREDIBLE. The team assembled by wedding planner Missy included Catered Your Way for the hot platted dinner and the reception dinner buffet (owner is chef Dave Pyrah in Idaho Falls), the wedding cake (best wedding cake we have ever tasted) and reception dessert bar was executed by Lanae Workman, owner of Paisley Cakes out of Blackfoot Idaho, the photography/invitations/stretched canvases were executed by Michelle Heaps Photography, Floral was done by Floral Art, and finally, the white leather relaxation lounge and performance room was created by furniture and infrastructure from Signature Party Rentals. To be fully appreciative of all contributors, I should mention Picture Perfect (very unique and fun picture booth (expensive but worth it), Smarty had a party (special service items), and Red Tie Events (the DJ).
