George is very "old school", which has its pros and cons. He only accepts traditional forms pf payments but also has the old school mantra of prioritizing customer satisfaction over profit. From design to fabrication and installation. I could not ask for more. The railings look more authentic than those originally on the porch. With that in mind, I took a leap and got an estimate on a fence for my yard. Troy again hit it out of the park! The overall design is not as complex as that for the porch railings, but the scale and a few details say they all belong together. The team again did a great job of fabrication, but this time there were more than three days of on-site labor. You could not ask for a more hard working, talented, affable crew. When I picked up the drawer, I was very disappointed to see the obvious crack where it had been glued together as well as a finger wide dull swipe that ran the length of the crack. Clearly where he wiped off the excess epoxy. I expressed my disappointment after being charged $40.00 for a little bit of epoxy. I could have done a better job myself. No one ever called me back to address my concern. I am now looking for somewhere else to take the drawer to have the front replaced because the "repair" looks terrible.
