And when I called with tooth pain they saw me next day and got me in for a cleaning in 2 months (bc I was overdue). I am seeing a different dentist this time but he was just as fantastic. I will admit I was recently surprised (and a little irritated) with the tone and manner of someone answering the phone (while I was trying to secure a follow up appointment), as I was made to feel like I was out of line just for calling, but I am hoping that was the exception and not the rule.

She took all our money, over 6 thousand dollars stolen, that we can't get back. And fled from Maryland to Oklahoma. She has done this to others in other states, just do a name search. Now my wife has to get another real bridge done by a different dentist at Aspen Dental, which ironically enough, is where Aronda Jones Works. It will cost another 6 thousand dollars and we don't know how we will pay for it. I cannot explain how much this woman and her fraud has hurt us. Aspen Dental should be ashamed to have her on staff.

I had a lot of experience with orthodontists. I wore braces for 7+ years --my family moved frequently so I had 5 different orthodontists. While the open setting for treatment is not my preference, the clear focus on each patient was outstanding. Wait times were minimal; the staff superb; and the modern approach to realigning teeth was wonderful--no metal braces, wires or pain. All the equipment is state of the art, and the turtle ponds are fun. Dr. Crouse and his staff clearly explained the process, predicting a 6 month treatment followed by a retainer. That is exactly how it went! Amazing! After 1 visit Holly and Doris (front reception) knew my name--I didn't even need to sign in.
