I currently am going to grad school in NC and refuse to go to a dentist there and always wait until I come home go see Dr. Kaputa. He thoroughly explains things so that you understand and makes you feel very comfortable. This past week I've had a tooth problem and was able to schedule an emergency appointment for two days later. After that appointment I found I was still in pain and go figure, the office was closed today! (Weird issue that had nothing at all to do with his skill) However, he still told me to call if I was still in pain. I called him and he offered to come into the office and check me out, found and completely fix my problem!!! Not most doctors would offer to open their office just for one patient. Without fixing my tooth ache, I wouldn't be able to enjoy this holiday to its full extent. Also his office is BEAUTIFULLY decorated. I will forever and always recommend Dr. Kaputa as a dentist. Even as a child I loved him! (I'm now 26)

I could hear the nurse and the doctor discussing my care from the hallway outside my room which means that so could everyone else. This is a HIPPA violation, so I won't be returning. On top of that, they only seemed interested in getting the final bill as high as they possibly could (to the tune of 23K). They do not take insurance but will bill your insurance so that they pay you back BUT most times out of network dentists (which Aspen is) only get about 30%, instead of 50-80% for an in-network dentist, re-imbursed. All in all, this is totally a for profit business not a medical office, and they don't really care about their patients' health just the bank book at the end of the day.

The other Dentist that I went to for a spell did not accept BC/BS and it became out-of-pocket heavy and out of network reimbursements were a pain. I've been seeing Dr. Chinna since I started back and I could not be happier. She has a great touch and is very thorough. I recently had a temporary crown break on me on a Friday afternoon after 4PM. I called the emergency number and the on-call Dentist called me back while I was still in the process of leaving a message. He had me in Saturday morning to get a new temporary crown made. That is service!! I have yet to meet Dr. Mohan but I have had Dr. Brar work on me and he is very professional as well. I recommend PDC!

After receiving an X-ray and a nurse cleaned the crown I paid $150.00 for the procedure. After over an hour a dentist glued the crown back on. As I was leaving the front desk person said I owed another $197.00. I ended up paying $347.00 for 5 minutes work and 50 cents worth of glue. I will not be back !!!

We have now been Dr. Geipe's patients for well over 20 years. In our opinion, she is knowledgeable, has great skills, keeps up to date, and is kind and compassionate. In our experience, she never suggested an "upsell" or unnecessary service, which in my opinion was a problem we'd encountered elsewhere before we switched to her. She seems to set and meet very high standards for herself. Her staff are equally friendly and kind, and the office is clean and comfortable. I have had three visits to Delmarva Dental. One extraction and two fillings. I had the lady doctors…read moreall three times ,very good. The last time I went, I got Dr.Harmon. I think he is the owner. I thought I had a captivity in a tooth, as it turned out I had a cavity in the adjacent tooth. Dr.Harmon came in a rush, looked in my mouth and said we need a plan. Cost $400. This was after I had x-rays, and the tech told me I had five cavities. I am 78 years old and have very poor Ins. and just wanted a tooth filled. They charged $200+ for the visit. I have since gone to another dentist, he filled the cavity and I have an appointment to extract another tooth. This was done with no plan. Think of that. I can understand having a plan if you young or middle age and want to improve the looks of your teeth but not in my case. It Just a money maker. Stay clear or get your wallet out.

Then I found out why: it took them three tries to take impressions of my teeth, and removing each molding hurt more than the previous try. It felt like my teeth were literally going to rip out of my mouth. When I arrived for my next appointment, Dr Tanannis realized he had sent the impression to the wrong lab. He had to send it back out to another lab, which took two more weeks. For the prices he charges, the pain of the impressions he screwed up, and the weeks it took to finally get the bridge, Dr Tananis and Lewes Dental weren't worth it. She was told to go back to this Dentist and get a permanent filling, when she called to make the appointment they wouldn't do the filling until she got another xray and exam then make another appointment for the filling. If they don't trust the Endodontist they recommended to do the root canal correctly why do they recommend that Endodontist. She told them she just wanted the filling, when she went in they told her she needed a crown. Told her if they only do a filling it would not be done right. I worked for a Dentist and I know an office that's out for the money. They should be ashamed of themselves taking advantage of an elderly woman.
