Because i didn't agree to all the extra services it was my first time there they kept changing my…read moreappointments one time they canceled my appointment because I was 3 minutes late I was told that the dentist needed the whole 2 hours for my service so finally after almost 3 months my appointment was at 12:00 then they pushed it to 1:00 I was there at 12:40 to make sure this was done after seating in the room for 30 minutes so remember the dentist needed the whole 2 hours and the way staff was speaking to staff it was racist and tasteless and the way I was spoke to didn't make me feel comfortable so I told kyle to refund my 200 he said it was dropped in the safe but don't worry you will get a refund link today and you will have your money in 2-3 days didn't happen so I called him this morning and asked for the corporate phone number he said he was told to tell me they don't have one then he offered to overnight my check after I agreed and 10 minutes later he said due to the holiday I want receive until wednesday today is friday last time I checked overnight should be saturday not wednesday after I get my money back they don't have to worry about me as a client but I will find the corporate phone number so I can see if they treat everybody like a brother over 2 weeks still no refund.

Other than that, this is the best practice my husband and I have ever been to, hands down. From the office staff to the dental hygienists to the dentist himself, they are all fantastic. The receptionist, Susan is friendly and warm and makes you feel like family every time you walk in. We don't feel awkward coming here and she really makes this a painless experience. Nobody likes coming to the dentist but this isn't so bad. I've also found that they don't charge as much as other practices. Our other dentist in Deer Park wanted almost 7,000$ for 7 teeth removed, a full set of dentures and the other costs included while Baytown Family only asked for 4,000$. They were also way friendlier and kept in touch with us more. I highly recommend them for all of your dentistry needs. Best dentist in Baytown.

Then they demanded payment in advance for her treatment plan based (supposedly) on one of the two insurances. I made an initial payment. They failed to properly file insurance and claimed that it just did not pay. I called the insurance company (Met Life) and they requested additional information but the office ghosted them. We went to try to complete the dental plan and brought to their attention I never received a print out of the account. They said that they gave it to my minor daughter and now that she is 18 (was not at the time) they don't have to give me anything. Needless to say we will find another, better dentist. My best advice, save your money and go to a professional dentist who actually cares about clients.
