I called the store. I was told that Ara comes in at 10. It was 9:45 am when I called. I told the employee that I would call back. I called back at 11 AM, Ara was with a customer. I left my name and my phone number. No call back. On November 8, Wednesday morning, I called again. I was put on hold, and a few minutes later the employee who answered my call, said that Ara could not be found. I left my name and my phone number. I waited five hours and did not hear from Ara. When I call back, he answered the phone. By now, I hope you have concluded that once you've paid them and had the work done, they will avoid you and they will ghost you. I was surprised that Ara did not acknowledge the multiple emails and phone calls that I had to make to get to this point. We scheduled the repair for Friday morning, November 10, between 8 and 9 AM. It is now Friday, November 10. It is 9:30 AM. I hope you are thinking what I am thinking. What I am thinking is that what started out as a good thing has turned out to be a bad thing. We have a $4000 flooring job that needs a repair within six months and the lackadaisical response is ridiculous.
