Any of those properties (Kemmer Ridge, Reed's Crossing, Lolich Farms) could have been our next home that we could have easily moved into, but our ultimate decision came on location and proximity to my daughters college as we wanted them to have the closet commute as possible. Toree showed us one location that was just a dirt lot that was in the beginnng stages of being built. It turned out to be our future home. The builder had no model homes available for view. For some, it would be difficult to make a decision on a home based on just videos and photos from the builders website. We did visit the builder and they were only able to provide us some take-home pamphlets that we read later at home. For some reason though after comparing all of the other potential properties, we felt this was the one for us went off of a leap of faith and it turned out to be the one. Our new home location was located to many places nearby for groceries, gas stations, Dutch Bros, places to grab takeout, etc. We committed on the home in February and the home was ready for move-in around mid May. The entire process was smooth and quick. We were able to lock in the price before the value went up. The timing was perfect from the beginning, middle and end. There were some issues regarding the builder with procuring materials due to COVID but were quickly resolved. In just a matter of 5 months, we were in posession of our new home. Toree is a knowledgeable, go-getter type of professional and really knows her craft. She was very patient, dilligent and responsive to all my text messages and emails and what's very impressive about Toree is that she was able to do all of this while juggling her personal life as a super-mom at home taking care of her toddler and grade-school boys. For someone to juggle career and family is quite impressive. Nonethless, she was always there for us and made our new home-buying experience more the better. The challenge for all of us was corresponding from out of state as our main home was back in California, but Toree did well.
