HOA keeps the place in top condition. In the past four months I've moved in, they've cleaned the carpets in the hallways and power washed the garage. Security patrol and video cameras add more security. Also the property manager is having gates installed into the property. They pay the water trash sewer. Can't ever really hear your neighbors, unless they play piano like my neighbor (but I don't care because he's great at it!) Three pools, one spa, a fountain courtyard to sip a coffee and ponder the world, and trash chutes on each floor so you don't have to walk all the way downstairs to throw out your trash. Also there's a clubhouse with a kitchen for entertaining and a projector movie screen that nobody ever uses, and a two floor gym. Amenities all around! Good places in the immediate area are 5 & Diner, CVS, Subway, Jamba Juice, McDonalds, Jimmy Johns, Chipotle, Total Wine, Bluewater Grill, Tropical Smoothie Cafe, a chiropractor, Zoe's Kitchen, Starbucks, Einstein's Bagels, NYPD Pizza, and more!!! Within walking distance of Camelback Colonnade and Fry's grocery store. What's not to love???

Upon arrival, I spent nearly 20 minutes circling the property looking for parking. The designated office visitor spaces were occupied, including one handicap spot. While searching for parking, I called the office to let them know I was on-site but having difficulty finding a place to park. After finally finding metered parking and paying for it, I went into the office only to be told by Anaiyah that I was late and that she would not be able to show me the property. She then informed me that she had sent an email shortly before the appointment stating that I needed to be on time because she was short-staffed and would be combining tours. The problem is that I was driving and had already confirmed my appointment. It is unreasonable to expect someone who is actively traveling to an appointment to monitor last-minute emails. I also called the office to communicate my situation and received no flexibility or understanding. As a result, I wasted an entire day, fuel expenses, parking fees, and valuable time. I emailed management immediately afterward requesting a call, but never received a response. Unfortunately, this experience reflected a lack of professionalism and customer service. I had read some of the negative reviews before visiting and initially gave the property the benefit of the doubt. After my experience, I understand why those reviews exist. Based on how I was treated, I would not recommend this property to friends or family.
