We had unlimited margaritas and a hot playlist from the one and only DJ Oscar Jr! The event was very organized and a really good time! There was plenty of space for sitting and dancing both upstairs and downstairs. They had a cash bar on the first floor selling pizza, hot dogs, liquor and non alcoholic drinks! The lady running the bar was super friendly and told us about other events at Poseidon Ferry, including weekend rides to South Beach! I really enjoyed riding the Poseidon Ferry and I look forward to checking them out again!

We went around the mansions and islands of Biscayne Bay for about 90 minutes as the sun set. The tour guide was informative while keeping things light and fun, and the DJ added to the atmosphere by timing songs from artists like Shakira, Jennifer Lopez, and Ricky Martin as we passed their homes. There were plenty of photo opportunities, and although the boat was on the smaller side, it didn't feel crowded. The top and front were open-air, with covered seating downstairs. Approaching the lit-up Miami skyline at the end of the ride was a highlight. The boat had a bar with reasonably priced drinks ($5 beers and $10 cocktails) and snacks available for purchase. The only downside was unclear check-in instructions. The email said the booth was inside Bayside Marketplace behind Chili's on the second floor. Right across from Chili's is a storefront for a different tour operator, and downstairs there are at least ten other booths with similar names, which made it confusing. After asking around, we learned the Fiesta Cruises booth was actually outside on the dock--you have to walk through the Tasca Paella restaurant to reach it. Once we found it, check-in and boarding were smooth. Parking at the garage can also be challenging, especially on weekend evenings or during events. My tour coincided with a Miami Heat game next door, which made traffic and parking more difficult and expensive (a $57 flat event rate). The company did send a warning email recommending public transit or rideshare. Even arriving an hour early, it still took about 40 minutes to park and locate the check-in booth.

Ask to be dropped off at the main parking/taxi area and walk straight back to the boat docks and you'll see a red umbrella for the Fiesta Cruises booth and they'll check you in for your reservation or sell you tickets if you don't have them. All staff were so warm and welcoming and we were shown right on the boat and got drinks from the time we arrived and the bar staff had a great selection of drinks and were all so warm and friendly. The captain and staff all were warm and welcome and had a great personality and were all knowledgable and had a great tour of the Miami area. The ride going to Freeport was a bit choppy but crew was ready to assist any passengers that were experiencing sickness. Duty free shop on boat had good deals. Food was decent for being on a boat and drinks were strong and reasonably priced. Return boarding at Freeport was again east and fast considering I got there at 530. Boat on return was more lively with a dj getting the more lively passengers to dance and select songs. Needless to Soul train line was formed. Even passengers who didn't get seemed entertained watching others dancing. Once back at Fort Lauderdale the process was a bit more lengthy depart given there were only two agents checking passports. Yes faster to fly but if going in a group or maybe you find a deal I would recommend as a nice alternative to Freeport.

Was 280$ for ferry ride pay for food on ferry, you get to Bahamas at 12pm!! get to Bahamas it is 100$ from the ferry port to where ever you want to go, 16$ to get on the beach, you get 2 hours of kayak or jetski on the beach then they close water sports and you swim for another 2 hours then 4pm they bring you back to the port for the 3 hours back to Ft. Lauderdale and you wait in customs for a hour, once you get out of customs it is 12am at night and the port is closed there are taxi Take the taxi, if you uber they won't let uber in the port after 10pm you will be stranded had to walk the whole port to get out of it to get a uber to pick us up didn't get home till 2:30am in the morning. Our driver (I forgot his name, so sorry) was fun and extremely knowledgeable about the city's history, and architecture. He took great pics of us, and would stop anywhere along the route you want to for a photo op. No rushing at all, very laid back. We rode in a1960 Buick Electra, "the deuce and a quarter", it was beautiful, and so much fun to ride in. The pedestrians' reactions to the car was so fun, too, all smiles and waving, and taking pics. Our driver offered water and gave us really cool handheld fans. Also, he's vaccinated, so that was a personal plus for us. A nice touch and a little souvenir, too.
