I'd highly recommend getting there, as soon as they open, in the morning hours, because the morning will be less busy, plus less windy. Afternoon hours are prone to maybe more sunburn, especially if you buy the hourly package. But, if it's maybe your first time on a Jetski, thirty minute packages will be barely enough time to get completely used to the gas throttles, & gear handles. You might see some sealife, out there, like manatees, which is a surprising added bonus ! I'd recommend, bringing with you a Hero Video Camera, or another Hands- Free Photo Device, in order to capture proper photos/ videos safely while simultaneously steering the Jetski. Because, Booyah does not offer professional photo ops, included in their packages. Summing up, Jetski Guides: Neo & Luke were over the top, giving helpful suggestions, friendly, professional, patient & attentive! Booyah Watersports is a brief hop, skip, over the sand from the Boardwalk, close to Miami-Fountainebleau's beach access gate. So we didn't make much of it the experience. However, once our referral discovered our experience. They quickly recommended another company to handle our group and mentioned the service and that young lady, in particular, has in the past been quite rude to others. Which they thought they addressed at that time. As a business owner myslef our reputation for service is a pretty big deal. From the reviews, it sounds when they choose to they make the effort. I know the company who referred our office to use their service confirmed that it's best to talk to Trent and only Trent. They even offered to call his personal cell number to resolve the issue. I suggested they not and that we give it a second go around and we'd try and call back. Unfortunately, the girl answering the phone stated she was disconnected (sarcastically) and still sounded very unwelcoming. I asked for a callback but she never bothered to take down our number or even ask my name. One can only assume they have enough business and are not interested in our business. Too Bad For Them...

WARNING: Avoid this jet ski rental company…read more I rented a jet ski from this company in Miami and had a terrible experience. When we arrived, they didn't do any safety inspection or explain proper procedures. We signed a waiver but they never gave us a copy. During the ride, everything was fine. We kept the 200 ft distance as they instructed. The only time we lightly touched was when the jet skis were already off and we were returning them. One small nose-to-nose contact happened due to ocean waves -- extremely gentle and slow. A few minutes later, the guy in charge came back and accused us of causing serious damage to the back side of a jet ski -- completely unrelated to what actually happened. We never hit anything from the side, and the damage was clearly old or caused by someone else. I asked to see the camera footage from when we picked up the jet skis, and they refused. They threatened to call the police, but then made us wait over an hour in the sun, refusing to give us water or say when police would arrive. No one came, and we had to leave on a passing boat. They're clearly trying to blame customers for damage they didn't cause. This was a scam-like experience, and we felt harassed and held against our will. I have photo evidence and witnesses who can confirm everything. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Stay away!

The Brunch was held at the Hyatt Regency Hotel buffet style. The selection of what to eat was pretty good. The best part was once you get on the boat. When you get one they give your Valentine a rose and some chocolate, which was a nice touch. They also had Mimosas during your trip around the Miami Skyline. Now I will say this I which the music on the boat would've been better suited for Valentine's Day. They played more of the Electric/ Techno music but it was still a vibe so can't complain to much about it. Will definitely try to come back on other day. I was a nice experience.

Also, I could not find anywhere the $3 commuter tickets or packages, I have seen ads from you where you advertise that but, I could not find these anywhere on the website and then, most important of all the delay, we were there 15 minutes before departure as requested and nobody was there, at 6 pm the time the ferry was supposed to leave nobody there, no ferry, no personnel, so I called and they told me the ferry was 15/20 minutes late, I told the guy it would have been good if they texted the people that purchased the tickets online given they have all our details, he said it was posted on the website...............so, who goes back on the website once you have purchased the tickets? You should implement an automatic text alert for the customers that purchased the tickets informing them of the delay, so at 6.15 pm I did receive a text, this was 15 minutes from the original departure time, the alerts should be sent 15 minutes before departure or even earlier if you know there are delays, but ok, room for improvement, the problem is that we only left at 6.40 pm........ 40 minutes late; if you are planning to have commuters using this service you need to make sure that the ferry leaves on time otherwise you will never get this part of business, people need to arrive on time at work and if they are relying on the transportation you provide, you should really make sure to be on time, 5 minutes late it is fine but 40 minutes late it is definitely not. One more thing, you advertise that the crossing takes 20 minutes, yesterday by the time you leave and the time you get there and get off the ferry, it took 40 minutes, I think this is an important information especially for commuters that need to know the right time, if it is like that all the time, maybe you should specify it, I don't mind the 40 minutes but if I had to go to work I would want to know. Overall I love the service but you need to improve the service and if you expand to other places, I saw on the website that you will be going to Coconut Grove in the future, I will for sure use it but please get better so next time I can give you a 5 star @poseidonferry

I'm lucky to be alive after my accident and even more lucky I found these guys to put the scooter back together! Don't get these guys mixed up with the other rental companies in the building, Kiko works with scooters and slingshots rental/repair and he is great! They have someone else renting other stuff under the same roof. Basically shared working space. I see a lot of reviews by people mad about other stuff he doesn't have anything to do with. Before you post, get your info straight!
