Once they were done with my brows the lady had the audacity to tell me they look nice and after I saw myself on the mirror I had to ask her if we were looking at the same brows. Love my brows so much Got a lami and had them shaped. I was on accutane for 6 months, so I couldn't get them professionally done for some time. My eyebrows were in desperate need to be tamed. Now, 7 months post accutane, my skin is still sensitive to waxing. Robin was understanding and without hesitation, she agreed to opt out of waxing and proceeded with threading instead. I been wanting a change in my look and never liked my natural brows. I started looking around and ran into Posh Brows Instagram and saw they are only 12 mins for me I scrolled through their instagram and loved Esteffanys work. To book you can either call or book online I booked online and took hold your place it's a $15.00 dollar deposit that goes towards your total.The remaining you pay there once your done they take cash or Apple Pay. As soon as you arrive everyone was so friendly. Once you get to your chair I feel comfortable she ask me what she's gonna do for each step and I loved that. From when you get to your chair she asks you to see what kind of inspo look you're going for and what she's gonna start doing and what would be best for your brows. It takes about 1 hour and 20minutes depending what you book for I booked for a "signature brow and wax sculpt and hybrid tint". I recently just dyed my hair to black I was blonde and I think my brows go perfect with the color. They last up to 2 1/2 depending on how you take care of them. i got a lash lift done here about 3 weeks ago now and i regret it so much. at first, the appointment was going well and i loved the lashes. another lady then came to clean them up for pictures for their page. i could feel her wetting them but i assumed since she worked there she knew what she was doing despite not being able to wet your lashes for at least 24 hours. after she cleaned them and did her thing i looked in the mirror and there was almost no curl. my lashes completely fell down and even clumped together in some areas but i just paid and left. the next day i called and let them know what happened and how my lashes were almost completely straight. the lady who answered said that sometimes lashes can be stubborn but i still asked if there was anything she could do, especially since before leaving i was told if they fall down within the next couple of days to come back (she knew they were ruined) . The lady on the phone said that she would let the original stylist know and give me a call back. it's now been weeks and i never received a call back, a total waste of my time and 150$, i left with lashes looking worse then when i came in. not to mention them talking poorly amongst themselves mid service about a lady who walked in just asking to use the bathroom and about how her next appointment was 15 minutes late and asking, "should i be nice or charge her a late fee". please please please do not give your money to this establishment read more

Overall it was good, Sadly My brows were left way too thin for my liking :( I had let my brows grow to get them shaped. I was shown a shape after lamination .. the "mapping" and I loved the shape but it was completely different shape once they were done. They are so thin. read more

It was an ok experience, would rate 4/10. I think I did a personal mistake on my end since I changed my mind from lamination to tint and didn't like the outcome of the tint, I expected it to look like the place's images of tints they've done in the past on their clients. Maybe my eyebrows were too thin? Or it was simply not done right by the esthetician? I feel like a lamination would've probably looked better on me. My expectations were high especially after reading the Google reviews, the business's Instagram page/portfolio and google images. I always investigate places first before I make a decision on which one I like best. The outcome definitely dropped my expectations all the way down and wasn't impressed, this was very much so an "Expectations Vs Reality" . Especially the fact that the majority of the licensed estheticians that day were still being guided and trained on the spot. I believe that isn't profesional at all and I tried to help my case by voicing one of the imperfections of the eyebrow mapping/tinting. I suggest hiring more experienced estheticians because now I'm unsure if I want to come back, if I do, I think I would come back for some lash extensions and see how that goes or give it another chance for eyebrow services. Looking for another place is also an option, unfortunately. The only thing I really loved about this place is how well the inside of the room/salon is decorated and it's theme of white marble and gold (Which is one of my favorite themes). It looks expensive and fancy inside. I also enjoyed the fun but professional energy from the estheticians. And the cost was not bad at all and the option for a deposit to secure your place/appointment was something I really liked. As a student who's studying Business, I see a LOT of potential for this place which is why I'm writing a detailed review to support this business with my feedback/suggestion. But since I don't know the work of the other estheticians, I cannot say anything about them, this was mainly my personal experience with my esthetician & it was also my first time ever being there. My first service went really well and loved the outcome of my eyebrows since I had let them grow out for this service. Second time around when I showed up for my appointment I waited 15min to be seen and although I understand timing isn't always perfect I would assume on a appointment based service that I would be seen on time. Overall the eyebrow threading went well, when my artist went in with other metal tools and I felt a quick pinch but didn't realize what had happened. When she showed me my brows with the hand mirror I did notice irritation on my eyelid and she mentioned she applied aquaphor on it so it wouldn't scab but at the time it didn't seem as bad as it actually was. I don't use any retinol or any facial exfoliants that would cause any skin sensitivity. I have been getting my eyebrows done for as long as I can remember with thread and have never been cut up like this before. For a $45 + tip service by a professional I wouldn't have expected to be hurt during the service and I had to go on vacation with a cut up eyelid. I still can't fathom what tool or movement by the artist would cause something like this to happen away from the eyebrow. I did try to reach out through Instagram but have not heard from the salon as they have their DMs blocked off. Overall, yes they're good brows but not worth $45 read more
