If I had the option to give zero stars, trust me, I would. Consider this a public service announcement: beware of this company's cancellation scam........I booked an appointment for 4/28/26 at 3:30 PM with Daniela. I tried to cancel the day before on 4/27/26 starting at 11:12 AM. The system wouldn't let me. I tried again around noon. Again at 1:42 PM. Again at 7 PM. Every attempt failed. Then, like magic, the system suddenly claimed it was "too late" to cancel. I called 562‑296‑0022 at 1:32 PM and was told that despite all my attempts, it was "too late per policy," and I'd be charged an extra $25 on top of the $15 deposit. This is the kind of tactic the FTC warns consumers about: systems designed to fail at the exact moment you try to avoid a fee. If a business hides behind a broken system and a script, RUN....don't walk in the opposite direction. There are far better brow businesses out there that don't have to resort to deceptive practices to gain money for their business. read more

They are super unprofessional here, they burned my face above my eyebrows on both sides; not only do I have to live with a scar for life, I also did not receive my refund after they said they would. They burned my face because they put the eyebrow lamination then waxed then put more eyebrow lamination. It was a chemical burn. They tried blaming my face products, which had nothing to do with it. I've always gotten my eyebrows laminated and no new products. They are not knowledgeable in burns. They ignored me on Instagram and never refunded me. I take so much care of my face and now I have a scar on both eyebrows. read more

Alexis did a wonderful job on my brow mapping and threading! She explained the entire process thoroughly and confirmed my approval before the hair removing process. She was very gentle, this was definitely one of the least painless threading experiences I've had. Once seated no one explained the process or told me how awful the procedure was. The ladies that I dealt with were giving faces and rude. No empathy and to top it I left with scars. Took this picture two days after the procedure but the day of my eyebrow area was swollen. Gentleness a zero. If I could I would give this place a zero! The customer service in this place is horrible and for that reason alone, I would not go back and recommend nobody to even bother. I made an appointment and had to pay $15 deposit then I call to let them know I was not gonna make it to my appointment because I was in the hospital and they told me I was gonna get charge a $25 no-show charge. I explained to them that I was in the hospital and it was out of my hands and if I could reschedule and they told me no, and they didn't even bother to try to help me whatsoever they made $40 off of me for absolutely no service this is the worst Place I have ever made business with and will never go and recommend nobody to even bother.
