I hated this place, they did not have the talent and told me they could do my nails anyways. My cuticles are still swollen and Henry drilled into my skin. OUCH! My middle finger and pinky were bleeding and really hurt. I also got some sort of chemical burn under my nail, that hasn't happened before. He was pulling and twisting my fingers in directions they shouldn't go. That mixed with the burn made me wince and he just kept ruining these nails. He tried to file underneath with a pointed drill, he put a hole through the bottom of one of my nails. Even though he filed my nails they are still misshaped and bulbous. Some of my nails are round, and others are shaped like an upside down A. My fingernail on my middle finger is pointing to the right. Originally, there was a very nice woman who did put the tips on my nails, and she was very nice to talk to you. When Henry came to do my nails, he was ignoring me, and when I tried to talk to him he would give me very short responses or very generic ones. If you have any sort of difficult nail design, I don't recommend going here. They are not ready to deal with that type of talent and responsibility. Mind you, I trusted them fully with a semi-permanent job. The only thing that they were not lying about or being shady about with the price. They told me exactly how much the nails would be without the 20% discount for the grand opening and then when I did the math it went from $94-$64

The man said he could fix them and that he would glue the tips of my real nails back down to ensure they stayed attached. Okay, you know more than I do so I trust you. I wanted a coffin shape and every time he showed me a nail for me to look at it, my nails looked like / / slanted to one side. I told him probably 10 times "hey dude, if you hold my finger straight up you can see that it's crooked... the sides don't go in at the same angle... the tip is not in the center... etc." finally after him rubbing some of my fingers raw with the file (which I also told him was really hurting me) they looked better and I couldn't deal with the pain anymore. (Although look at the photos these are still SUPER lopsided) He passed me off to his wife for her to paint my nails and she continued to continually put acetone directly onto my skin where he just rubbed me raw. And I told her that too. Nothing changed. And guess what, the little bubbles that I complained about going INTO the place to try to get fixed are already coming back. Great. Not to mention the giant chunks of glue under 5 of my fingers from him "gluing my real nail to the acrylic"
