There is both street parking in front or a lot behind the building with entrances on both sides. Typically you don't need to make a reservation but they are normally busy so if you have a group I would call ahead. There are big windows in the front that give an open bright look and the pedicure chairs are comfy. I haven't ever gotten my nails done by the same person twice, this is my go to place when I don't have a lot of time and need shellac removed or a quick manicure. They are friendly but typically it is a quick service with little talking. read more

My first time here and let me tell ya, it's my new spot!!! David gave me the best pedicure of my life! The massage he gave was superior!! The head and shoulder massage was just the extra touch I needed! An did my poly gel fill and she was amazing. Her attention to detail was great and she made sure I was comfortable and happy with every step of the process from the length to the way she was applying my French tip polish. My experience here was less than stellar, to say the least. I am not one to write what one would consider "scathing" reviews but this whole experience was just so out there that I am going to say what I need to say and get on with it. I decided to come because my usual nail salon was completely booked for the whole weekend. After working 55 hours this week, I wanted to treat myself to a mani/pedi. Unfortunately, my visit was terrible. Everything was rushed, and the work was not good. I had to explain 5+ times to the young man painting my toes that I wanted my second toe to be an accent nail (white) and all the rest of my nails to be blue. He had to redo them twice. Professionalism is out the door as well. The employees were pointing and laughing at other people's feet and obviously making fun/jokes at them. Totally unacceptable. As for my hands, the young woman was extremely anxious and overpicked the hangnails, broke skin on one finger, and now I have a bunch more hangnails. Instead of fixing them, she created even more. They ran out of the shellac color I had picked after doing 1 hand already, so we had to start over with a new color. She had to redo my nails about 3 times, because she couldn't get the color on the sides of my nails. She didn't clean them up afterward and there were small spots of polish on my skin and cuticles. It was lumpy/uneven as well. This whole experience was awful and I am not going to return to this salon. It was uncomfortable, unprofessional, and just outright bad. I paid $60 for shoddy work that left me disappointed. Please consider spending your money elsewhere before coming to this salon. read more

Hello, my name is Ashley creedick and I personally had a not so good experience with the staff. I have been an customer there one or two times and both times sucked. I got my tippy toes done there and the next day I woke up with a fungal infection. Now I have really bad feet problems but I will not blame this on myself! I had a great experience here! Both mine and my sister's nail techs were excellent at their job. She had a dip manicure & I did gel. They were meticulous and made sure that we left happy. They were also extremely friendly! The shop itself is very nice and clean, but most importantly I left with nails that looked exactly like what I hoped they would! Unfortunately my last visit will indeed be the last. So disappointed to see the floor that clearly had not been washed nor swept. Many dark dirt spots were seen scattered on the tile floor along with a pile of clipped nail shards next to the pedi chair and on the seat and arm rest. It's a shame to see what was a vibrant, immaculate and beautiful salon fall into disrepair. read more

My manager has been telling me to try this place out. I try not to venture off from my regular nail salon but I gave it a try. I went on Sunday. They are now open at 11AM instead of noon. The interior was very clean and nice. The service was great. I got an acrylic fill with shellac which was only $33. A new set is $45. I believe the nail tech was new. I understand Vietnamese and by the way she talked she seemed new in the salon. She was very thorough and precise in her work. But ultimately I do not like my nails. I got matte nails. After the lady polished the matte on, my nails were really bumpy and I stated that to her. She fixed the ones I pointed out as well as my pinky finger that wasn't painted fully. I'm definitely not satisfied with my experience here. I won't be returning. read more

My visit here was like no other. This spot was very busy but still very clean this past Mother's Day. I was told there wasn't a wait but still waited about 30 minutes to be seen which wasn't too lousy because I enjoy to "people watch". It was heart warming to see all the moms and daughters getting manicures together, drinking there glasses of wine or a nice and stiff margarita. I was loving it at that point! The lady, who's name I didn't not get, tended to my feet but her demeanor was a little strange. She didn't really say hi or speak. She didn't ask me for my drink order or anything. I pleasantly asked for water, so she stood, walked over to the cooler, grabbed a bottle, handed it to me and sat back down. STILL...NO WORDS! The pedicure met my expectations and the polish job tickled my fancy. While my feet were drying, she then walked behind me and gave me the most intense 5 minute back message I've had in my 28 years on earth. It low key hurt....im thinking boy oh boy I wouldn't want to piss this girl off! As I was leaving no one said bye or thank you....it was just dead. Everyone was so into their own task at hand. Unfortunately today was my last trip to Posh after going there for 2 years. It doesn't matter if you make an appointment or not, it is so mismanaged that you spend too long there. They get people in a chair and make them wait. I had an appointment for a pedicure and to get one nail repaired that I had done there last week and it took almost 2 hours. The young lady that did my pedicure did a great job but I just can't sit and wait anymore! If you have unlimited time this is a great place! I just can't do it! My daughter, myself and my mother in law will be finding a new salon! read more

terrible. i came in with acrylics on and they decided i needed a new set. instead of soaking them off, she used a nail tip to get between my nail and the acrylics and rip them off. the worst pain ever, they still hurt 6 hrs later. then i asked for square with round edges and get duck flair nails and lumpy gel polish. do not recommend. i've never had a good experience here. she even took a phone call while doing my nails and yanked my hands around. read more

So.... I have come to this specific place a few times, but this time, I decided to leave a review! Why I keep giving them chances are beyond me... The atmosphere is nice, but they definitely need to work on their customer service skills, and not to mention, having techs in this place of business where, after three whole days of getting your nails done... One nail snaps like a lee press on nail, after three days??? Come on now, and when I go back to allow them to correct the issue, they leave me waiting one hour, to fix one nail, that should not have been snapping off like tree branches shortly after anyway! I'm so disappointed! Oh, lets not forget that a tech came up to be, and asked if I can come back! Ummm NOPE! Thanks, but NO thanks POSH, this will be the last time that you will receive any more of my hard earned $$$. Smh! That is all..... read more

Definitely disappointed. Traveling through & took a few hours to relax after a really rough trip.It took 3+ hours for a mani/pedi. That I do understand because I thought an appointment had been made, when it hadn't. I spent a little over $100 here & my pedicure polish is horrendous. It's very clear the polish either was separated or the clear coat wasn't properly applied. All 10 of my toes look like this on 3 edges. If it wasn't a pass through trip, I would take the time to have it corrected. I also had several of my nails split/torn from filing on the ends and I had to ask for a file to smooth them so that they didn't catch and tear. I highly recommend that the management trains their team to turn services away if you're too busy versus overworking your staff and delivering results like this. read more

I had a wonderful pedicure here. The technician spent the appropriate amount time and my toes look fabulous. The reason this is not a 5!star has to do with the manicure. The technician rushed, put too many coats of polish, my nails were over coated, bubbles appeared and there were hand nails left, cuticles uneven. I wish I had said something before I left. read more

WOAH. Just WOAH. I'm just gonna cut to the chase - I had the best pedicure of my life here. I was in a little slump and my mom in-law drove up to Tulsa for some cheer-ie times. She treated me to a mani/pedi here and I'll now have a hard time going anywhere else. The space is massive and totally clean, there are some small Hello Kitty seats for kids and there is a space that looks like it can be closed off for private parties of pampering. The massage chairs you sit in while getting a pedi are also phenomenal. Betty gave my mother in-law her pedi and Julie mine while Huyen tended to both of our manis. We got the $50 deluxe pedi and 1 hour and 45 minutes later... I can't even imagine what the next level is! A packet of chamomile lotions and scrubs were each individually wrapped and applied one at a time. Hot stones were brought out and even a bag of hot wax to make our feet the smoothest they've ever been. Color selection is ace - both for shellac and regular polishes! read more

Fast, clean, professional! I love when they do your mani and pedi simultaneously, and that's exactly what they do here. I got spa mani/pedi with Gel polish and I was in and out in 45 minutes. $57 total. Salon was clean and well decorated. Staff was very friendly and did a great job. I will definitely be back! :) I'm on day 7 of my gel polish and it's holding up well! I only have one tiny chip on my right index finger. read more

I've been a licensed nail tech until I left to care for my folks. I see what they do to the customers who pay their bills. If you so much LOOK less than what they believe to be worthy you will be touched roughly.... The pedicure water temperature is too cold or too hot, the too hot towels placed on the legs, no care on how short the nails when cutting them , nipping the toes, not applying the necessary amount of glue, lacking proper hygiene, not preparing the nail plate, weak nail tips, rough sanding, and not under the heat lamp long enough between coats. The list could include some other items to consider. What they charge is another issue! Return for repairs is for you to pay. They have been at that location a while and many have worked for years at that location. It was when I wore boots and a miniskirt they reacted to me. Yet, Tanya, was wearing a miniskirt. Said I was too old. I will never return. I'm sure they have their regulars to get by. Its seems a business would appreciate their customers and what positive reviews. I suggest using the Translate app.

The full story: I have only been here three times and I originally went because I was referred. All of the times I have gone I have been thoroughly pleased with Posh. The quality of my manicure and nails were amazing! And to be honest, for me, that was not even the best of my experience. Customer service was grand and I even received a free massage!! I think this is my new fave place to come and I highly recommend. Not to mention for the location I was able to be seated instantly. They really care about their business. The inside is fancy, but they are $$$ compared to other salons that do just as good of a job and even better - namely Princess Nails across from Bishop Kelley. No, I do not work for them. I just happen to know that they are amazing (Holly) compare to Posh and way less money. Posh is an uppity brookside salon and some of the people there think they are superior to you and I have zero tolerance for that. Not recommended. read more

I had the best pedicure ever in Tulsa and I've been going to another well-known salon for nine years They gave me a foot massage, head massage, shoulder massage, arm and hand massage,! it was amazing! Quin, Sophia, and the gentleman on staff have consistently demonstrated professionalism, kindness, and respect. They will truly be missed. That said, I must formally address the conduct of Tonya. On two separate occasions, my 81-year-old mother was subjected to disrespectful and inappropriate behavior. The manner in which she was spoken to was unacceptable, particularly given her age, and fell far below any reasonable standard of customer care. Additionally, I found Tonya's interactions with customers of African descent to be deeply concerning, as they appeared dismissive and lacking in basic respect. When I attempted to address these issues directly, Tonya responded with visible anger rather than professionalism or a willingness to resolve the matter. This conduct is unacceptable in any customer service setting. Clients should be treated with dignity, respect, and courtesy at all times. A salon environment, in particular, should provide a welcoming and inclusive space--this was not our experience. I strongly urge management to take these concerns seriously and to implement immediate and meaningful changes. Without accountability, this type of behavior will continue to negatively impact customers.

It was later in the day and with St. Patrick's Day coming up I wasn't sure if I'd be able to get in to a place that wasn't busy. I looked up nail salons close to the catoosa area since I wanted to stay close to home and not get into Tulsa. Out of the ones that pulled up this looked like the best match for me to try so I called ahead and made a reservation for later in the day. Nails Gl'amore is in a strip mall shared with Mazzios, Subway, Flo's Burgers and China Bowl facing the road. (Just in case you get hungry after you get your nails done) I walked in and was immediately greeted and asked to pick out a color and have a seat in a massage chair. This is where all the magic started! I was offered a choice of wine, (white or red) or water. White wine please!! They set my foot tub up with warm water and handed me a book of options to enhance my mani pedi service. I opted to get the deluxe service for both. Andrew and Shayla, the husband and wife team that own and operate this nail salon went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and were constantly asking me if I needed anything or if I needed anything. Andrew spent a great deal of time on my feet, applying the masks and hot towels and then gave me the absolute best leg and foot massage I've had in a while. I liked that he didn't rush the massage like some places that rub your skin a few times and then are done. He spent time working on my legs, pointing out the knots I had in some areas and working those out with precision. His wife asked if I would like another glass of wine..yes please!!..and then it was time for my arms to receive a scrub and a moisturizer service before starting on my nail service. After all of this pampering it was time for the normal nail routine for my shellac service. Painting, lights, painting, lights...perfection! I have to say that my nails look great, my arms and legs feel relaxed and refreshed. I spent a lot of time talking to Andrew and his wife about so many things that they feel like family. I will definitely be seeing them again not only for my nail service but Andrew does neck and head massages as well so o may have to check him out for that!
