They rushed through both the manicure and pedicure. They barely spent any time massaging both my arms or legs. They slapped on a few coats of polish on my nails and then put a clear coat which was uneven and had so many air bubbles. Would not recommend going here. Not worth the price. read more

I was in town visiting for Thanksgiving and walked in for a pedi. WOW great service, I splurged on the Tropical Pedi - I think it was $55 before tax/tip. My session lasted well over an hour and from start to finish (including dry time out of chair) was 1.5 This, for me, was a GOOD thing. Tons of massage, a mask, paraffin, then stone massage, etc. etc. Also a neck and shoulder massage and (with permission asked) a temple, head and scalp massage. AHHHHHHHhhhhmazing. read more

I've been on the hunt for the best mani/pedi spot in Tulsa for awhile. I think Posh now currently ranks at the top of my list. For starters, the place is gorgeous. Huge, clean, and well decorated. I was super impressed at the selection of nail polish colors, and they all seemed fresh. I opted for the $70 POSH mani/pedi combo. The menu they gave me didn't have any explanation of the differences between the types of mani/pedis, so I just went by price range. This was your standard "deluxe" type pedicure-- a scrub, paraffin wax, hot towel, lots of massage, a little hot stone. If I were being really picky, I would say that the quality of the products they used (other than the polish) looked really cheap. Like the massage lotion looked like a melted, congealed creamsicle in a jar. Ew. But hey it still felt good. Now here came my biggest pet peeve-- The employees were SOOO loud talking to each other across the salon. There was only like one other client in there while I was there, and at one point while I was trying to drift away into massage relaxation bliss, my own mani/pedi techs were seriously shouting and laughing loudly at their friends, who were 50 feet away. I was in shock since I clearly had my eyes closed and was trying to enjoy my service. So--I have never done this before--I actually asked them to please stop shouting. They acted very embarrassed and quickly apologized and stopped. I was able to enjoy the rest of my service in peace. My polish looks great! And the pedicure lady even gave me a shoulder massage while my hand polish was being applied. Not the best massage ever, but hey she tried. This is my new go-to! read more

Went this weekend for the first time. I will say that it is huge and well staffed. The ladies working there were very friendly and easy to talk to but everyone working there seemed like they were in too much of a rush. They insisted that I get my manicure and pedicure done at the same time which distracted me and made it difficult to maneuver. I had to awkwardly cross my arm over so she could dry my shellac and just wanted to enjoy my conversation with my friend. I can understand trying to be efficient but there is a basic mani pedi and a "in here to enjoy myself" mani pedi and I definitely didn't get to fully enjoy mine fully. The lady doing my hands did a fairly awful job on the shellac. The layers look uneven which makes the color look off and she left shellac on my skin and didn't clean it up. I honestly think she would have done a better job if she wasn't in such a rush. The girl who did my pedicure did a fabulous job on the other hand so props to her! I got the honey and wax pedicure which feels amazing and was a reasonable price actually. I wanted to get the honey and wax manicure as well but since I got shellac they said it would be an extra $20 for shellac on top of the special manicure. They did ask us if we wanted anything to drink which was nice and refreshing but then there were water bottles stacked up next to the drying table that no one threw away. read more

This place has horrible customer service. Had a terrible experience there today. I live 30 minutes away but stopped in because i was in the area. I had my nails done, and then realized when I went to pay that I had forgotten my credit card at home. I called my husband so that he could pay for me over the phone, but she refused to let him pay via the phone and said I had to have a card in person. She humiliated me in front of everyone there, made me LEAVE MY CELL PHONE THERE, so I could go and borrow cash from my MIL and then come back and pay and retrieve my phone. I offered to leave my drivers license instead, but she said i had to leave my phone. Which is insane. I also told her she could take a picture of me and my drivers license to let my husband pay over the phone but she still said no. I can honestly say i have never been treated that way in my life. All over a 30 dollar nail bill. Also, i have been there numerous times before and they HAVE never asked for a drivers license when paying with a card, so they obviously are not worried about identity theft, even though she said that was the issue with paying over the phone. They have lost a costumer for life. And honestly, I am never pleased with the way my nails look anyway. I just go there when i am desperate because i don't need an appointment. read more

Very clean with lots of pedicure chairs, but that's not what I was there for. I needed a new set of acrylic nails and they look horrible. The lady who put on the tips was inexperienced. She got glue all over my fingers and didn't know how to cut them down. The woman who did the nails got them too short and when I let her know they were too short, she lengthened them. Then they were way too long but she was getting short with me so I hated to complain again. In the end, they look awful and I need to have them cut down and thinned because they are far too chunky. read more

I found this through yelp and was 100% satisfied. I've been several times now and I continually enjoy the services. The facility is beautiful and relaxing. All the common thing you'd want out of nail salon are available. THEY WILL MAGAASE YOU when you get pedicure. I mean full on face, head and shoulder massage. Not to mention all the massaging of my feet and calves. It was perfection. AND the nail technician did my nails standing up while I was getting the pedicure and saved me so much time and I able to still relax because of the pedicure and be in the massage chair and not sitting straight up in a regular chair just watching her do my nails. All the techs so far have been amazing and friendly. The prices are fare as well. I will continue to use these services. read more

i feel bad saying this but please save your money and don't go here. i asked for an almond shape and they gave a circular shape and they cut them so short and uneven.i asked for a design on three fingers and they couldn't even do that. the nail polish was old and sticky but they used it anyways. now that i have wasted my money on this place i will move on with my life and never recommend this place to anyone read more

the worst nail experience that i have ever had... i made an appointment for 4:30... and i didn't get started until nearly 6... while they were taking walk ins and starting on people ahead of us... we didn't leave until after 7:30... our colors don't match... our nails are terrible... our feet feel worse than BEFORE the pedicure.. and when trying to tell them about it they acted as if they didn't understand us.. an all around TERRIBLE experience and it was topped off with rude customer service as if we are not paying THEM! will never be back.. will NEVER recommend and i will be sure to write bad reviews on all forms. read more

I just moved to Tulsa, I have been here twice and my acrylic shellac were great. I recently went again for my birthday month and my nails didn't come out as I expected. The guy doing my nails was really sweet but 2 nails have fallen and it's been a week & 3 days that I got them done. My nails never fall because I usually get a fill within a 3 week part. I guess it depends who is the person doing your nails. I got pretty disappointed. I am out of town as of right know so by the time I get back to Tulsa it would be 3 weeks and I would like to fix my nails that have fallen since my other nails haven't really grown out and a fill is not necessary yet. I may give them one more chance and go from there. read more

Worst experience ever!! I've been getting my nails done for over 25 years and tried this salon over a year ago. They were unfriendly then with poor quality of work. Since it was in my area where I work, I decided to give it a try again because the place I had been going to had just changed owners. What a mistake!!! The service was still bad.....when doing a powder fill on my nails, they used the drill so hard that my nails were burning and I had no cuticles left. My fingers hurt! Then my pedicure was the fastest and lamest massage ever. And the color they picked did not even match my nails. But the biggest problem was that they spilt acetone on my new suede/letter booties and then denied it. After a couple of days dealing with them, arguing, putting more acetone on the boots to prove it....they finally agreed to compensate me. But it was such an ordeal and an embarrassment at the salon as if I was in the wrong. I will say thanks so much to the manager....she's great! They are so lucky to have her!! I was not a fan of this place period. I have never been here before. I went because my friend referred me. All I wanted was a take off and a full set. I asked for my nails to be soaked because you damage your nail more by pulling them off. Ok whatever you're the professional, I let them do their thing. Well he ripped my nail and it began to bleed. So I just gave him this look like ok........he goes if I'm hurting you let me know. No sir you ripped my nail. You're creating more damage than what was there. Then he asked what I like. Well I prefer gel because I'm always cleaning or something. Then goes to say while attempting taking the set off $10 to take off, $20 for gel, $40 for a full set, $5 for long, $5 for coffin nails, oh and $5-$10 for design. I'm like ok a bit extreme whatever. I know what i wanted when I walked in. So then he goes well I won't charge for take off. Anyways. I decided to just do a nude powder still long and coffin. He kept asking if I liked them. I don't want to seem needy or picky but it's fine. IT IS DEFINITELY NOT worth the money I spent period. He consistently asked for a design. I'm good. I wasn't even fully satisfied with what I had. Why would I spend anymore time being in this place! Not once was I offered anything to drink. I did not feel really wanted here. This is a place I will NEVER visit EVER again! Now I have to strengthen my nails again because he ripped them. Because I was feeling gracious today I left a $5 tip and didn't deserve that. Not to mention the solar powder was not fully cleaned up. I've been to enough nail salons all over the United States, I know what quality work is like and this is not worth it. You couldn't pay me to ever step foot in this facility ever again! read more

I've been here four times for pedicures. Pedicures have been good for the price. My third visit was excruciating. I have an injured big toe with scar tissue built up underneath the nail after dropping things on the same toe. The nail bed is damaged and the nail protrudes a bit. Never in the seven years of having this problem have I left in a pedicure in pain until this visit. The other pedicurists treat it like the other nails except for the visit where she tried to scrape off the scar tissue. Ouch! My toe bled during the pedicure and was bright red and had I not asked her to stop, she had no concern for the unofficial medical procedure she was performing. My toe was sensitive to the touch for a few days afterwards to the point the sheets and night made it sting and I couldn't wear closed toe shoes and had to give up exercising during this time. To top it off, when I brought this to the attention of the manager, she said she was sorry but didn't offer any other kind of compensation. Since refusing to let this woman do my pedicures, I've been fine with other pedicurists. read more

My "experience" was awful. I have never been treated so poorly anywhere! The place could be beautiful if it wasn't so dirty and unkempt. The remote on the pedi chair was so worn and gross you could not read the buttons. I asked the nail tech how to turn it back on...she grabbed it from me...said nothing and proceeded to hit every single button and handed it back to me irritated. Rude. But that turned out to be the least of the troubles. The nail tech who did my finger nails was the rudest person I've ever encountered. Not only was he disgusted that I would use my phone while he did my nails...he made it clear by saying "excuse me!!" each time I took more than a second to switch hands for him. He then finally told me to NOT use my phone of which I did not listen b/c that is crazy..this was my time to relax and I was paying a lot of money...if I want to play on my phone...I certainly will...I've never had a nail tech irritated about that and I am very courtious...it's not like I made him wait until I finished a text to give him my other hand or anything close to that! He was so incredibly rude to me that at one point I just about walked out the door and if I had more time to fit my nail appt in before an upcoming work trip...I certainly would have! I did not leave a tip for either person and that is something I have NEVER EVER done in my life even with bad service. But this was over the top horrible treatment. I've never had anyone talk to me or treat me like that in a customer service setting ever. Had a horrible experience there yesterday. It took two hours and 15 minutes for a basic fill on my solar nails. My normal guy was on vacation so they put me with a girl who did not speak any English and did not seem to know what she was doing at all. My nails were drilled and filed down so short, were uneven and incredibly thick. I kept asking other workers to please translate to her and they could have cared less. A girl who said she was the owner got very snippy with me and tried to embarrass me in front of the other clients. Very very unprofessional. She was yelling at people coming in the door.
