I do not recommend this nail salon. I've been going to Posh at this location for about 3 yrs. I had one great nail tech who moved away, and the one I've been going to since then has been pretty good. Unfortunately, she was on vacation when I made my appointment, so I asked for "the best person" because I don't know anyone else's name. It was the worst nail experience I've ever had! This is the 3rd time the owner has done my nails, and all were a disaster. Had I known she was going to do my nails, I would have gone somewhere else. When she removed the old acrylic several of my nail beds bled. She talked on her cell phone the entire time. After she applied new acrylic, she sent me to the pedicure chair and a different tech and she started working on another customer who walked in without an appt. Before my pedicure was finished, she came over and started working again on my hands. I hate that because a pedi can otherwise be very relaxing. I had to close my book and stretch one arm across my body so she could continue working on my nails standing at the side of the pedicure chair. When my pedicure was done, I was directed to that tech's station and he finished the rest of my manicure while the owner started on yet another walk-in. I felt like I was in an assembly line. My nails had been filed down too short and I had to ask the male technician who was finishing the manicure to file a few places that were rough and uneven; that is, fix the bad job the owner had done. The nails on one hand were different lengths! It was awful, but I kept my composure. I've been getting chrome on my nails for months now, and the nail tech nodded when I asked if he knew how to apply it. I glanced away for a moment when he started, and when I turned back my attention, he was applying the chrome powder on the 3rd nail. The first two looked horrible! He was applying far more powder than I've ever had and it was silver instead of white. I had selected a dark tan nail polish and the silver chrome on top of that looked horrible to me! Another nail tech who knows me from coming in for so long came to the rescue. It took several minutes to find the white chrome powder and fortunately, the silver wiped off easily, but he started applying the white way too heavily for my taste. It actually dulled the finish instead of enhancing it and I did not like the look at all! When I said it was too much/too heavy he kept going. It was then that I realized he didn't understand me. All this time, I had no idea he didn't know English! He then applied too little chrome on the rest of my nails, but I was so worn out at this point I let it go. Somehow, I made it to the end without losing my cool. When I asked what I owed, he and the owner conversed in their language, and I was told $105, $15 more than usual. And when I got in my car and saw how little chrome he had put on the last 7 nails (@$1.50/nail!) I decided I'd never go back again. Besides all of this, his station was not clean and the trash receptacle where customers have to wash their hands has had the same dirt streaks and spills on the lid for at least a year. There's more, but I've said more than enough. So consider yourself warned. Now I'll start a search for a better nail salon. read more

Fabulous for pedis! I've been here twice now and it's been a great experience. The price can't be beat with all the services you get. There's even a kids pedi chair if you want your little to come with to get a spa day. The technicians I've experienced are professional and do wonderful work. I went here for pedi since they opened. I used to have good service but since then it has went down hill. I got my nails painted and the tech was so rude and rushed me out even though they were not busy. My nails were horrible and the sides were missing paint. I thought maybe it was an off day and used my gift card again on a pedicure but it was rushed and not done well. I had a gift card which I needed to use and actually gave the rest to my sister because I refused to go back a third time. There are so many nail places around that to get business they need to clean up their customer service. read more

The shape and thickness of my nails were exactly how I liked them but the paint job was terrible. She did not paint the top of my nails and spots were missed on the side. I sent a picture to a friend and her response was "it looks like you've been biting your nails." Definitely not worth $55 for a fill. read more

I was wanting to get my feet done for a long time and I cousin took me here. Everyone greeted us when we arrived which I love and appreciate. The lady who did my feet did an amazing job. She was very patient and gentle when it came down too her job. I love the color, the place was open and clean which I love a clean nail spot. I also love being greeted at the door because that just lets me know that I was Acknowledged at the door. I wouldn't mind coming back here to keep getting my feet done and also my nails. I can tell that when they do their jobs, they always do a good job. I am like any one else; once you put your money in it you just want it too come out right. There is space between the tip and my mail underneath, which if you google leads to your nails molding, bacteria gets under it also and even with very good hand hygiene will trap bacteria. Was 110 for full set and gel toes. Very high compared to same service at salon. Pedicure was definitely not the best I've ever had and quite underwhelming. The salon was very pretty, looked clean, but one time use files were definitely being used more than once. read more

I went here about a year ago and they way overcharged me so I never went back! The salon is clean and usual decently priced.

I had been a regular at this nail salon until recently. The owner Karen charged me $95 for powder and a polish change which is normally $65! When I asked about the drastic price change she said rent is going up and they just opened up a restaurant next door! I could not believe how she thought this was to be paid by the customers, but she had no remorse and to make matters worse she could care less that she just lost two customers. Don't go to this nail shop. Save your money to support establishments that actually care about their patrons. read more

I've tried this place twice now, hoping the first time was a fluke bad experience since it has good reviews. Doubly disappointed this time. Waited 40 minutes past my appointment time for less than quality work (I've got dip dried all around my nail bed and under my nail), color that didn't match the sample shown (this for sure isn't anything like the pretty fall mauve/gold color I picked) and rushed "manicure". Literally less than five seconds for lotion/massage...I had to rub it in myself to even be able to grab my things. Save your dollars and your disappointment and find somewhere else. read more

I absolutely love my nails. The ladies there are very sweet. The salon is very clean. Their color swatches are clean and organized and it actually looks like they took the time to paint those. My lady took her time to listen to what I wanted and did them properly. I was very pleased. The only downside was my $50 price tag afterwards. I didn't get anything crazy or too extensive so I was a little surprised. I'll be back though I just will keep this set for a long time. Ha ha. read more

I wrote a review about a year ago and I'm so upset on how unprofessional they have become. They have a nail tech who doesn't know the basics. I don't know if she's licensed, when it was brought up to her missing a huge step on applying nails everyone that worked there was upset. I brought my best friend to them because they were always great except Saturday! They were unbelievably unprofessional, charged her a huge amount when they usually charge $40 for new nails. I was cut several times by that tech and then my girlfriend was cut on her fingers. When she brought it up, it was funny. Then she made it seem like it was her fault. I don't recommend them anymore especially since my favorite tech no longer works there. Don't bother it's not worth your money, especially when they make you felt like it's a bother to do something we're paying for. read more

Cute salon in the inside. The staff was nice and friendly; and they played up to date music. The pedicure itself was amazing. It was $35 for the deluxe. The painting process was horrible. She did not seal with a top coal so most of my paint had already wiped off by the time I put my shoes back on, once I was leaving. And yes of course I sat under the foot dryer for about 20 minutes. I asked for a design and showed her a picture of what I wanted it, she painted it on. It was nothing like what I showed her. I asked her to wipe it off and just paint it normally at that point. She did but didn't wait in between paints to let the paint set and dry. So when I sat under the dryer fan, all the paint on my toe blew to one side. So, I'm just gonna go to target get more paint and redo my toes. The pedicure was good though my feet look and feel better. read more

I will NEVER go back here again!!!!!! Make sure you ask them how much EVERY SINGLE ITEM, PRODUCT, DESIGN, POLISH, ETC. THAT THEY USE ON YOU COSTS!!!! Ive been to this shop about 6 or 7 times over the past year. I normally have a pretty good experience. However today I went in for a $15 fill in, and when it was all said and done she charged me $49. The nail tech is named Serena. I asked her if they had a "metallic" like color and she tells me they have chrome. I say ok. She then says one of my nails needs to be replaced. (I had white tips) So she replaced it. (made it shorter than the rest) Then she tells me that the color I picked on the sample nails was done with black but she preferred to do them with clear, she said she thought it would look better. I said Id try it but when she did one nail it was NOT the same as the one I wanted. So she had to remove the polish off that nail and start again. She then proceeds to do my nails, with whatever polish necessary to achieve the "metallic" look I asked for. Afterwards she tells me "Im out of lotion sorry." I smiled and said "its ok." We head to the check out counter and she pulls out a calculator and starts to add up my total. Fill in= $15 Nail repair= $3 White tip repair =$1 Gel.polish= $15 Chrome= $15 It came up to $49 freakin dollars for some short cheap nailsss!!!!!! I asked why didnt you tell me that all of these things you were recommending were so expensive?? She said it was because I didnt ask!!!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE! I GOT SCAMMED!! IM A SINGLE MOTHER WHO ONLY HAD $25 MAX to spend on my self, and I planned on using the other portion to buy my kid a new coat and that girl took basically my last $50. A couple of my friends and I went here to get our nails done for our prom. We made an appointment for the three of us and we had to wait for 20-25 minutes until the first of us got started even though we were on time. It ended up that one lady did all of our nails. We got there at 4 and didn't leave until sometime between 6-6:30. Onto our actual nails, the lady made one of my friend's bleed. My nails were really thick and looked already grown out even though I just got them. She also messed up putting rhinestones on my other friend's nails. The glue dried up around it and it looked like paper towels was stuck to it even though it wasn't. We left while it was drying to paper towel consistency and came back five minutes later when my friend realized she couldn't get it off. We were upset and the lady was extremely angry that my friend wanted her to fix her jewels. Brand new, very open, stylish & appeals to my Pinterest decor style. Soft music playing, massage chairs, a pretty chandelier-a good way to wind down. They have a deluxe which includes paraffin wax. We did a basic. I chose the mango scent, my husband got the cucumber scrub. For two basics (Hubbs paid) $40. He tipped them $10 each. Not a bad deal. Mine included color, he went without. Been receiving services from the owner Vivian for years, almost 5 years. I drive an hour every time to get a pedicure because she's the only lady I know who can handle ingrown toenails. Scheduled my appointment the day before via text message. I arrive to the shop maybe 15 min earlier and sit there for about 15 min. I sat in the chair at 1107 with another young lady and I asked her will Vivian be getting out my ingrown. Vivian yells no and state she has another appointment and she can't. I'm so confused because WHAT ABOUT MY APPOINTMENT. She knew I drove so far and she didn't care. She has lost a customer forever. I will never go back. Very rude and unprofessional. read more
