Went in for just a gel pedicure, and it definitely wasn't the best work, especially for $80 (I did ask for the deluxe pedicure which is why it was more expensive). The salon was super nice though, and the chairs were actually nice. I've tried like 6 other nails salons in the area and this one I think is the nicest so far, I'll probably just try a different nail tech. I thought the pedicure turned out a little sloppy and I was left with nail polish still on my skin and paraffin wax still on my feet. The other thing that might deter me in the future is that their example nail colors definitely did not match what was in the bottle and how it came out on my nails. I wanted a more pale pink and actually tried 2 different colors based on their example nails, and both colors that I chose ended up more hot pink or this kind of bubblegum pink. I called same day to see if they had any openings and they were able to get me in right away. I just wanted an American manicure. They said they could do it with gel but I was clear on not wanting them to drill/grind my nails down. And they listened and took care of me! The place was really clean and very calming. The salon was clean and peaceful. My pedicure went very well. However I would not recommend the jelly gel polish, which is something I had never seen before. I believe it's actually a magnetic polish which I normally love and use on my own nails. I don't think the lady who did my nails knew exactly what to do as she was talking to the manager about it. She did not use the magnetic wand the same on each nail. I don't think she even used it on every nail. She skipped polish on one nail completely, and then was saying the polish didn't adhere to that nail, which was not true. I did say to her that I thought she missed it. She said she didn't. I've been to multiple nail salons and I have never had anyone tell me that a polish did not adhere to a nail. Also, she sneezed on her hand and continued to do my nails, without washing or disinfecting her hands. Overall, disappointing experience, since this salon was recommended to me. read more

I was super excited to experience this nice place however it was a nightmare. Stephanie which is the young lady that will be doing your toes (also only been doing nails under a year) couldn't do a simple French tip probably the worst French tip I ever had in my life. Mya she wears glasses & sits in the first desk on the left side (also can't do French tip) has a horrible attitude & her patience is thin. This salon does not have experience nail techs, I refused to pay because Mya completely rushed on my gel x set. She did not file ONE NAIL & when I say not one I mean not one I watched her every move. I had to ask her over & over to file, she also doesn't do well with gel x I had so much space between my nail & my cuticle which made it look like I needed a fill already she refused to fix it & basically kept kicking me out of the door (instead of trying to satisfy her customer) she tried to charge me $145 dollars for a horrible set which I refused to pay. She threatened to call the police but the owner spoke with me & KNEW exactly who I was describing & sounded as if he had issues out of her before. These techs seem fresh out of school I do not recommend this place at all whoever images their posting on their site can't be theirs. She also did my polish sooooo thick & blamed me WHEN SHE HAS THE BRUSH in her HANDS. I was better off wearing press ons , also charms didn't last one bit!
