Well...this Saturday my sisters and I decided to go get our feet done. Things that concern me: For $58, our pedicure procedures were not the most sanitary nor worth the price based on quality of work. The utensils used were shared: the brushes x double dipping in product. The actual execution of the pedicure was SUBPAR as well: - inadequate scrubbing - inadequate nail care skill Over all - not the vibe. For the price or in general - sanitation should be the top priority in the matter. At the end, the lady asked us to leave and walk over to a nearby ATM in order to pay...no mention of cash only payment was mentioned at the start. Overall, a very subpar experience. read more

I have been using this salon for 3 years now. I am a nurse, and also have diabetes. Obviously I am concerned about infections. They have a medical grade sterilizer and it is in obvious use, I see my instruments come in a proper sterilized envelope, and the shop is spotless. The owner is proud of her business and makes sure I am happy. Highly recommended. I can't speak about the gel or dip, as I just get Manis and pedis without polish. read more

Very friendly place. Pedicure and manicure lacked in many areas. No real scrub, massage, no softening cuticle with moisturizer and gentle push back only cutting them. In other words no attention to feet or hands only nails. If you just want a nice polish only this place will work. read more

My friend and I came across this nail salon at a last minute pedicure emergency. We needed a place that would take us without an appointment and luckily they did. We called a few minutes before arriving to verify the wait time so they knew we were coming. When we arrived, the staff had the preparations made and were just waiting on us. There was also other people coming in and out so we were surprised they took us right away. The staff was very patient and resourceful while helping us decide the pedicure treatment we wanted. They sat us on a pair of message chairs which were awesome and I think every nail salon needs to have some, if they don't already. The entire experience was relaxing that I even fell asleep for a few minutes while I had the warm towel wrapped around my feet. Went to get a pedi. Only two works and no other customers. The person doing my pedi apparently didn't understand English at all. I told her I didn't want them short. She cut my big toe so short the quick was showing. It was a tad raw feeling. I told them yo stop. I was done. The other lady came over and said we fix it. We fix it. It will okay. The lady proceeded to finish my pedi. Took three people to fix it. ( they called in a 3rd person. ) add acrylic yo it. At least the quick wasn't showing anymore. THEN PROCEEDED TO CHARGE ME FOR THIER REPAIR! Don't go here. Rip off and crappy pedi. read more

This is only my second manicure experience and my first pedicure experience. I was in town visiting my boyfriend's family and his mom arranged this girls night out. I really enjoyed my experience at K&H Nails. The front desk lady was really friendly and even offered us green tea and hot chocolate (both are good brands from Costco). The pedicure chair also has a massaging function, so you can fully relax during the pedi. The guy who did my pedicure and manicure did a very good job. Now I really appreciate pedicure and need to go get a pedi soon!!! read more

the place is not clean and the nail tec removed my old acrylic by prying them off with her own fingernail. It hurt, damaged my nails and was very unsanitary. You also have to pay cash or cash app because they don't want to pay the small credit card fee. they didn't tell us this until after are nails were finished so we had to literally walk to the ATM in the parking lot. Don't go here unless you pay in cash and want your nails damaged. read more

The owner Anne is unprofessional and upset I will not spend more on Gel nails! I got a full set of acrylic nails and they looked horrible! She said she is not good with acrylic and Gel is better. She said I will do a new full set of Gel nails for you. But I said no. I said the fill in will cost more each time I return, right? She says yes, Gel costs more. I said no, she says oh sorry. I was embarrassed to show my nails at work. The nail for my middle finger was put on crooked, the nail polish looked like a child put it on for me, and my left thumb was filed down more than the right thumb. She filed them down so thin. Less than 2 weeks and several were coming off, and one broke off. Called and asked for my money back. I said another shop can do acrylic. She said to come in. She was upset that I complained, she was unprofessional and never talked to me nor apologized, and had acrylic caked on my skin. She did not even file them good! I don't like my nails real wide and chunky and she knows that. I WILL NEVER come here again! She said 99% of her cust get Gel nails and I'm the 1% who gets acrylic. She will not force me to get something I do not want!!! Why have a sign up saying you do acrylic nails but you really don't want to do them? COVID-19: They also allow customers to have their masks off! There were 2 women and one child with masks hanging near their necks. No one who worked there said anything! i walked in and asked for just a regular acrylic removal and nothing else. it looked really nice on the inside but the lady removed them completely wrong. she used her nail along with nail tips to try to remove my nail and that hurt like HELL. she also used and e-file to file my natural nail and they're not supposed to do that. i don't know if she knew the right way to do it or if she was just being lazy. read more
