So for my first time here It was alright. I got my nails done by Kimmy and she perfected my full set nails. The nail color that ultimately inspired me was because of her, she had it on her nails, and throughout the process of her doing my nails she would consistently ask if her work was good. Out of all the times I've got my nails done I've never had someone ask for my constant reassurance and I loved that because that means she really cares about the work she does. The price came out to $55, with inflation you can't beat. The pedicure was $45 and a little on the rough side. Rough brushes, rough sponges, rough nail filing, and rough nail trim. The callus treatment I received didn't feel like a treatment because it was so quick. Nothing about it felt spa like. I'm prone to ingrowns, and as he is trimming my toe nail he cuts me in the process. It hurt so much, I start bleeding and he puts peroxide and alcohol, which was painful. There was no talk of a discount to accommodate the mistake. I'm not getting pedicures here in the near future but lesson learned. read more

The owner will say their credit card machine isn't working so you have to use the ATM located inside which is a $4 fee plus your bank fee. Unorganized. Inattentive. Unreliable. Careless and unprofessional. What is the point of making appointments if you cannot honor them? Every 15 minutes I'm told it'll be another 15 minutes and I could see that the 15 minute interval's weren't going to end any time soon. Confused, I asked the woman at the front desk what the problem was because I had an appointment. I was told to ask another woman who told me to ask another woman and so on. When I got to the last woman, I was told that everyone had an appointment...Wait, What!? EVERYONE here has an appointment at the same d@mn time??? The place was absolutely packed! ...Does anyone know how to operate this salon? I waited well over 45 minutes, found another nail salon nearby and checked out of here for the final time. Very frustrating and unacceptable because this is not the 1st, 2nd or 3rd time. Why This Sucked For Me: I had another appointment scheduled afterwards because I was preparing for a much anticipated family boat party at the marina. Naturally, I didn't want to miss the boat so I was forced to forgo my much needed pedicure which consisted of 2 broken big-toe nails :-( It's a bitter day when a woman has to walk around looking like Edward Scissor Hands and Freddy Krueger devoured her feet and no less on a beach. Needless to say, I am so very disappointed in this salon. The woman who used to mange it ran a very tight ship. I've been here a few times (usually just for a pedicure) and they do a great job! I decided to get a manicure today. I usually don't because I work with my hands and the polish never lasts. I asked for a simple clear coat. After I paid my tech she started to paint my nails and it was a terrible rushed job. It was sloppy and uneven. I had her redo multiple nails because they looked so bad. She added some acetone to the polish to thin in out, and mixed it. When she did that she didn't let it sit and now my nails are covered in little bubbles. I wasn't going to fight her on it again because I could tell she was getting annoyed. The work here is good but the owners costumer service is the absolute worst! she has no sense of awareness and she's extremely rough and rude. During the whole time she's working on you she's always watching shows on her phone which would be obvious why she's unaware of her mishaps and mistakes of cutting you. On numerous occasions I have gone to her and told her about her being too rough and being gentle because she has a habit of cutting me and instead of understanding and apologizing her response is always defensive putting the blame on me not holding my hand in a correct position. i referred my mother to her as well and my mom decided to stop going because of her rude and roughness, not to mentioned my mother has arthritis in her hands which are always inflamed. Not only that when i call to schedule an appointment and request a specific person to do my pedicure she always tells me yes and to come in but when I come in she then mentions that the person I requested has an appointment and tries to put me off on another technician. Today specifically I came in and I was frustrated with her once again because she cut me. when I reacted that I was in pain she just sat there and looked at me. Instead of me saying anything i just allowed her to continue. when she finished my nails she filed off my skin with the filer where i screamed in pain. she then again looked at me as if i was crazy and i explained with frustration what s did and told her its ok to make mistakes and apologize when mistakes are made . instead she yet again got defensive and walked away stating she couldn't do this. Kacie has potential but her attitude is ugly and she needs to learn accountability. the type of work that they do in there her nail shop should be have a lot of traffic but im sure she pushes her clients away with how nasty and rude she is. it's a shame that as a business owner her employees have someone like this they have to lead them.. read more
