Went last week fir the first time and I enjoyed my experience. Prices are fair and average in comparison to other locations. I will be returning simply because this is the cleanest place I have been to. I only had a gel pedicure so I can't review on design of nails. However if you want clean, a thorough pedicure this is a great spot. Ladies were very nice, not chatting in their language about customers lol. Pedicure came out to my expectations. For fairness I called at 5:37 to verify they had enough time to get our services done at 6 A. I was promised there was enough time. I got here at 6 pm and was prompted to choose my color, we got sat at the pedicure chairs and were left with oh feet soaking for over 20 minutes. I was asked to choose a package in which I told the gentlemen option 3: (see picture). After being rushed I noticed my nails were done. My package should have included sugar scrub but I didn't get that done. Moving on to manicure; again I was beyond rushed. He used the nail file so hard it cut my upper nail bed twice on two separate fingers. I asked for square round and got rounder than round, there is no squareness. There's gel still on the sides. Left the place at 8 pm! Overall I won't be coming here again, I don't know how they had such high yelp reviews. Very disappointed. read more

Was lookin for a new nail spot for a while since my last nail shop changed owners and the new management sucks and so did the product. So I was trying so many different spots and as soon as I stepped in to this shop wow I was welcomed and amazed by the customer service. They did a wonderful job on my nails and pedicure. They even told me if I'm unhappy with anything I can come back within the week to get it fixed but just work with their schedule because they want to take the time to fix it and correct it. That right there meant so much to me because the other place I went to I asked them to correct something and it was like war with them. It was horrible. This place is really great and they do a wonderful job. I finally found a place I feel confortable with and am satisfied with. I'm happy with the job done and customer service. The price is very decent as well. I highly recommend this place. The shape they gave me was on point and the color job was amazing. No crooked nails at all. Trust me that's hard to come by. Lol. If you are in search of a nail place try this place. I guarantee you'll be happy. Another thing I noticed is that they have customerS there that are like family. They know each other are familiar with each other and talk to each other like they've known each other for years. You know that says something. When they have customers that return faithfully. My review is based on the quality of the services received, not the staff, all of the technicians were VERY nice and polite. However, the quality of the work was sub-par. I made a 12 pm appointment for my daughter and I to get fills and pedis. We were seen right on time, yay! Salon also appeared very clean. To keep this from being a drawn out review I will just list what I did not like and why I cannot recommend this nail salon... * Only the man was doing acrylics so he did a rush/sloppy filing job on our fills. * He told my daughter she couldn't get shorter coffin shaped nails. Skilled technicians are very capable of doing this. So either he couldn't do them or he didn't want to spend the time. * A different tech did the polish for both of us bc he was bouncing around fill to fill. * One of the absolute worst gel polish jobs I've ever received. * The lady that did my pedi didn't do much cleanup around the nails, i.e. cleaning under the nails and cutting the dead skin around the nails * Paint job on pedi is just OK Maybe we caught them on a bad day or something but we won't be returning. It's too bad about the pedis though bc they had GREAT spa chairs. read more

Called them 10 minutes before they close (7pm) and they asked me to come in they would wait for me. All I needed was a gel manicure to fix the disaster I suffered at the hands of a nail tech in Chino (JJ nails on central and Philadelphia) The young lady was so sweet and had gentle hands.
