I LOVE this boutique!!! Rarely, do you ever find a business with such friendly and cordial service. This place is so posh and totally fabulous!! Awful customer service! The owner or manager watches you like a hawk the entire time. Not sure if they think you are gonna steal or what the deal is. Went in with my kids & they DO NOT like kids. They should have a sign that says "kids not welcome." Rude people running that boutique. Not my first time in this place either so I can't say it was a fluke. I hadn't been in the store for a while and was quickly reminded why, when I popped in after lunch. As I was browsing, there was a group of 4 cute young women that were coming in the door. The owner asked them if they were 17 and not all of them were. She told them they have to be 17 to enter the store, so they all left. Her demeanor was definitely on the rude side. Another woman who was in the store at the time asked why she doesn't allow teenagers and she answered, "They're just disruptive". I remembered that I had a similar experience the first time I visited the store. I followed those darling girls out, and won't be back. read more

Hands down this is my favorite boutique in the valley! The staff is always friendly, funny and patient when helping me purchase items for different life events. Their selection is great and varied. I can find unique gifts for my Mom, sister and friends all in one spot...and trust me they're picky . The prices are fair and much better than other boutiques that I've visited. Been coming here for a few years. Seen a lot of stores come and go and so happy Posh continues to deliver, stay abreast of trends yet still be my go to place for casual lounge wear. I love how I can walk in and find a variety of styles (casual, dressy, trendy, etc. ). Sales associates are not "salesy" by any means, they are genuinely interested in understanding "what" you are looking for and "how " they can help. Some reviews make statements about "watching" or monitoring your every move. I perceive that as being genuinely interested to in what you are looking for. The owner, Nicole is super sweet and genuine, never pushy about buying. I stopped in today in fact and didn't buy squat. Other times I'll drop $400 easy and I'm not loaded. I come for the good prices and great styles and friendly shopping experience. I have a very short list of friendly, likable shopping boutiques and Posh hits the mark. I love this boutique the owner is amazing and she has the best taste in clothes! This is my go to clothing store and has transformed my closet from blah to getting tons of compliments! I'm in my 40's and I she has a wide variety of cute clothes and that make me feel cute with out making me feel like I'm trying to be 20 again. Don't worry she has lots of cute clothes for 20 year olds too! I always feel like I get a personal shopper there. This boutique is always full of trendy clothing and accessories. The owner Nicole has an amazing eye and always stocks well made, super cute stuff. Anything from basics to dresses and everything in between. I bought an amazing oversized T-shirt that gets me stopped every time I wear it with girls wanting to know where I got it, and who were always shocked when I tell them what I paid for it. The girls that work there are always so kind and genuine, making my shopping experience even better. my colleague spotted a dress in the window as we were headed to texas roadhouse. the next day she told us she had to check it out, so of course we all went with her. this place is a cute little boutique which means not everything they have will come in your size. it's like a limited selection of first come first serve clothes. that being said, we each were able to make a purchase before we left the store. there was one young lady working there and she was nice and helpful, non pressuring and didn't make us feel weird or like we were being watched. there were some sales on a few items, they had clothes, shoes, underwear, and other small items. i LOVE boutiques and would def shop here again. read more

Posh is a unique Arizona lifestyle boutique nestled in the heart of Phoenix, AZ. Owned, by a local phoencian, the boutique boasts a friendly ambiance and features contemporary clothing for women, accessories, and gifts, With a casual approach to fashion and lifestyle, what's not to love!

History

Established in 2012.

This first-of-it's-kind boutique opened it's doors for business July of 2012. Owner/partner Nicole Dougherty owned and operated Simply Posh Consignment Boutique, a successful consignment boutique in North Central Phoenix. Within six months of opening, Nicole added new, adorable new clothing along with the consignment. Nicole noticed, although the consignment was doing well, the boutique clothing was flying out the door- she couldn't keep it stock. It was just a matter of time, Simply Posh would run out of space. In August 2016, Nicole had an opportunity to open Posh North Boutique @ The Shops at Norterra. Posh North Boutique is going strong, and has become a staple in North Phoenix, with the amazing contemporary clothing. Posh style is always changing, growing and embracing new trends that meet the needs of our clientele.

My name is Nicole and I am the owner of Posh North Boutique at The Shops at Norterra! I am a huge proponent of local businesses and believe in their impact on the community. We have already experienced a huge welcoming from the ladies in the area as they have been wanting a new boutique that offers cute and trendy clothing. I want to make sure my clients have the opportunity to take home apparel and accessories that are in style, but most affordable. You don't have to spend a lot of money for quality and trendy clothes at Posh North! It is my goal to make Posh into more than a just a boutique, I want provide you with exceptional customer service and that personal touch that every shopper hopes to experience.

OK, I've been here three times now spent 1 to 2 hours each time and so far haven't bought anything…read more Number one make sure you have a cell phone that you can look things up on Home Depot because that's how you find the prices. Unfortunately, I have to be in a Wi-Fi area in order to use my phone like that. And they don't have Wi-Fi. I needed very specific things size wise. And you're not allowed to open packaging but when you pick up a lamp and you lightly shake it and you hear broken glass, but you're not allowed to open up the package and see what exactly broke why bother buying it at half price if you're not gonna be able to use it. This happened repeatedly also I was looking for a specific size bathroom medicine cabinet. Since much of the writing on the boxes didn't have dimensions, and I couldn't open the boxes because it's against the rules. I could find boxes that I think might've had the right sized item inside but I really couldn't take the gamble especially when I can't see if they're scratches or dents or a door ripped off, etc. I think the only thing I will come back here for is tile. If you're doing a craft project and you need a few pieces of tile or you're doing something special to cover a table top and you only need a few feet. This is the place to come for the tile. Unfortunately, the majority of the tile is not labeled and not priced and I hate having to run up to the counter every single time I find something to find out how much it's gonna cost. It's just ridiculous. I found a similar place, not too far away, where the people don't mind if you open the items to look at them and they will even go so far as to take a light fixture and wire it to a test area to show you that it works. So I think I will keep going to this other place instead.

Best Boutique! This is my go to when I need some retail therapy. I find it sad that anyone would mention anything about the owner not wearing a mask. I always feel comfortable when I shop at Posh! Its a small business. Obviously, some people just don't get it. If anyone feels uncomfortable when they notice you, then question the reviewers motivates. Sounds petty and pathetic to me! Pay NO attention to that review. Some people need help! Also, this boutique has 21 5 star reviews that Yelp has hidden-go there to see the truth! read more

Great shopping experience!! I've always enjoyed shopping at Posh - there's a fun, eclectic mix of merchandise and the owner is friendly and helpful. I recently picked up the cutest, most comfortable maxi dress! And, what a relief to walk into a small business and, after so many months, SEE the welcoming smile of the owner. I love that she encourages patrons to make their own personal choice about mask wearing now that the mandate has been lifted. read more
