I absolutely love this little boutique. The clothes are unique, high-quality, absolutely stunning, and specially selected to be trendy yet classic. The owner is a sweetheart and will always help you find what you're looking for, or just give give you your space to browse if that's your preference. Upon a friend's recommedation, I had just driven from Fountain Hills and was immediately greeted by both a friendly sales associate and one of the owners. I have never purchased so many amazing outfits at one stop! Everyone was super helpful, and provided honest opinions and feedback. Stopped in here on a whim while on vacation and glad that we did. The owner and employees personified courtesy , professionalism, and friendliness. They encourage you to explore the store and never rushes you. The selections are definitely unique and this is what makes this store stand out compared to your typical retail chains. They offer suggestions and honest feedbacks and solicits for customers' opinions as well. The store and the owners have strong ties to the community, we were told that they always spearhead events in the shopping complex that brings focus to the community and local businesses , and not just solely on their store; even local law enforcement, fire dept, and military pitches in willingly. Local TV news agency even asks them to appear on segments. It is apparent that this being a small independent family owned business, it doesn't have a huge marketing budget, but they do not have to, the word of mouth alone and the obvious community support and praises speaks for itself...after all they had me and my family from the East coast checked them out and we sure glad we did. This place has the cutest clothes for kids. Lots of accessories, I can say this because I have 4 daughters. This is not Walmart pricing but also not Walmart quality. Family owned, great people! Attended a "Frozen 2 Tea Party" event here and it was a major scam. The Princesses were high school girls in prom dresses and every fun "station/event" they had planned was a bust. Decorating your own cookie meant your child watched a lady add frosting and sprinkles to a cookie. My husband would have done a better job doing face paint than the "artists" that were there. It was SO crowded in the store and terribly planned/executed. After realizing the major disaster that was unrolling, I should have asked for a refund. read more

Customer service was horrible! This afternoon my sister and I went in after lunch because she wanted to purchase a jujube bag. We were thrilled when we found a near locally owned boutique where we purchase it, rather than go to a big box retailer. Usually when I go to a small business I expect great service, and for that I would gladly pay a little more. Service here was horrible. We walked in to the shop and were not even acknowledged by the sales clerk. She chatted with her friend by the register the whole time we were there. We walked past her several times and still it was if we did not exist. We finally found the bag on our own, looked at it and decided that we did not want to spend our money in a shop where the clerk never looked up from her conversation to attend to us. I will not ever spend my money here and will recommend that none of my friends shop here either! read more
