We delivered our dog at 8:00 a.m. and called around 11:45 to see if he was ready for pickup, only to learn that "he was next in line." When we arrived at 1:45 p.m. to pick him up, we learned that he had not yet been groomed and that there was a new groomer and to come back in 30 minutes. We came back after 30 minutes and after seeing our dog, he did not even look like he had been touched by a groomer or bathed, maybe only combed and a bow placed on him. We are completely dissatisfied with these services and have requested a refund of $65.70. I would not recommend Ultimutt to anyone under this management and "new groomer."

It was fidgeting just a little bit, but not really squirming and she just got so angry with the dog. I said something to the owner/cashier about it and she just laughed it off. I repeated myself, with emphasis, that I was concerned with how rough the groomer was being and the person just said maybe she's having a bad day or the dog is not cooperating.
