I have consistently received excellent service at this salon for over a decade, having followed the owner throughout this time. Unfortunately, I made an error by arriving late for my appointment, which was a first for me. Although I no longer see Ashleigh, I was hoping to receive some understanding from my new stylist and had to reschedule my appointment. After receiving a request for a review, I felt compelled to give a one-star rating due to the missed appointment. Just recently, I received a text notification that my appointment was canceled without any explanation. This leads me to believe it may be a response to my review, which is quite disheartening, especially considering my previous experiences were always five stars. I would be more than willing to revise my review if the salon demonstrates a commitment to its promises. It seems inappropriate to solicit reviews if only positive feedback is desired, and the choice to communicate this cancellation via text, while not responding to my calls, feels rather timid. read more

I found Posh Salon by chance about a year ago when I was in desperate need for help. Previous hair experiences at other salons with tape hair extensions and bleaching left me with a literal mullet! Some areas around my face, I only had an inch of hair while the back was long. I was mortified and didn't know what to do. Ashleigh saved me with extensions that did not damage my hair and helped me grow my natural hair back while not looking like a hot mess in the process. I was in happy tears when I left her salon for the first time and fast forward to now, I no longer wear extensions because my natural hair is beautiful, longer and one length!
