The hairstylist proceeded to 2 pieces of my hair shorter than the rest of it making my hair look choppy and uneven. She didn't even cut me any bangs as-well. My layers looked exactly the same than they looked before just were styled. I never thought I would say this but i will not continue going to this salon which is crazy because I used to love it. As you can see from my previous review, my hair was amazing once Bobo did her magic and I ruined it. I knew I could not trust just anyone to bring back to blonder me. I made the call and was honest about the box dye. Bobo was also very honest and let me know that she would do the best she could but mostly importantly she wanted to make sure my hair would not be damaged. She truly cares about your hair and wants to make sure you still get as close to what you want. I'll be honest I was scared the box dye would come out during the bleaching process and make it impossible to look nice. However Bobo knows exactly what to do and worked her magic. Look how amazing it looks so cute full of dimension and full of colors. I mean it, give Bobo a chance to show you what she can do. I could never, ever go to anyone else. Ever.

Swindled again! I…read morecame here for a "kids cut " for my 10yo daughter and decided I would get a cut too at the same time. I asked the receptionist three times - between asking on the phone , asking when confirming and the day we arrived - what the " price " would be. They are shady and have always been shady when it comes to switching things up on you without telling you. I was told we were both booked with level 1 hairstylists. That my daughter would be $25 and I would be anywhere from $35-$70. I said what determines the price of mine , I was told " difficulty" of desired cut. I said ok well I just want a trim - 2-3in cut - nothing else. They said ok so it should be on the lower end but you'll be told by the stylist if it's not. We both get our hair done. He added face framing which isn't really my cup of tea , and my daughter got a simple trim of 2 in taken off. We go to check out- our total is $90. So I ask for a price breakdown- my daughter was charged $35 - I said I thought kid cuts are $25 , and I was told they are allowed so much " wiggle room " from the " guaranteed " price . Which then meant mine was $55. Because of this I left no tip- what I was anticipating leaving as a tip they charged me , so I felt bad but it was just another reminder why we no longer come here.
