At my follow-up, Heidi checked how everything settled on my face, did a few touch-ups, and even added a couple complimentary units, which I really appreciated. The results have been great so far. I scheduled a Morpheus8 treatment and waited months for my appointment. Upon arrival, RH Aesthetic drew approximately 100 mL of my blood as part of the planned procedure. Only after drawing my blood was I informed that I was not a candidate for treatment based on an assessment that, in my experience, was inaccurate. My concern is not that they declined to perform the procedure. Providers should always exercise clinical judgment when appropriate. My concern is that a thorough consultation and candidacy assessment should have occurred before any blood was drawn. At the time, I was anemic, making the situation even more concerning. Drawing blood and then determining a patient is ineligible for treatment reflects poor screening and questionable clinical workflow. Patients trust medical spas to make these determinations before initiating any part of a procedure. Since then, I have undergone multiple Morpheus8 treatments elsewhere without issue and was considered an appropriate candidate. While my views on Morpheus8 technology itself have evolved over time, that is separate from this review. The issue is the lack of proper assessment before proceeding with treatment preparation. This experience left me feeling that patient care and safety were secondary to process and appearance. For that reason, I cannot recommend RH Aesthetic and am leaving a one-star review. There are many qualified providers who take the time to properly evaluate patients before beginning treatment. I encourage prospective clients to do their research and choose a provider that prioritizes thorough consultation, patient safety, and professional clinical judgment.

Unfortunately, my experiences have become increasingly disappointing. The first negative encounter was in 2024 when I received PDGF injections under my eyes. The Tixel representatives were in the room because the device was being introduced at the practice. During the injections, Dr. Anwar spent most of the appointment talking to the representatives instead of focusing on me as the patient. Although I appreciated receiving complimentary Tixel treatment that day, I still felt that my procedure did not have his full attention. More recently, I had a chemical peel performed. After researching the manufacturer's instructions for the peel that was used, I realized it was done incorrectly. My most recent visit was the most disappointing. I scheduled an appointment for Botox and filler. Dr. Anwar explained his recommended treatment plan, and I respectfully shared the results I was hoping to achieve. Rather than discussing the options or working together to develop a plan, I felt that my concerns were dismissed. The conversation became uncomfortable, and he handed me a pen and paper, told me to write down what I wanted, and left me alone in the room for nearly 30 minutes. His medical assistant was kind, professional, and took the time to listen to my concerns. After speaking with her, I ultimately decided not to proceed with any treatment that day. I've had consultations at other medical spas where practitioners were able to explain their recommendations while also listening to my goals and collaborating on a treatment plan.
