My experience was a solid 3 stars - no more, no less Pros: kind staff, clean facility, noticeable results from the service, and gave advice to not do a more extreme treatment that I initially wanted and suggested something simpler that would provide an equally satisfying result - all things you love to see, right? This earned the solid 3 stars. The cons, if corrected, would earn the additional 2 stars. Cons: no pricing listed online or in store so they could pick and choose prices for all you know, the service itself felt a bit like a neighborhood girl bought a bunch of products and offered to do a facial - nothing about the experience felt luxurious and for the price it should have. The tech did not mirror technique on both sides of the face and clearly was right hand dominant so everything felt lop-sided. When the service was done I was left covered in salt The weirds: (things that neither deducted nor added stars) I was asked to pay with zelle or venmo which felt a little money-launder-esque especially without a service price menu. I came in to get botox and I left with a new family! I almost died this year from illnesses and had to get multiple surgeries and I lost most of my hair and I was feeling really bad about myself and had no self confidence anymore. While I appreciate your right to your opinion that not what I came for. It's hard to enjoy a facial when the practitioner is shoving Israel/Palestine opinion in my ear. Check this place out! The staff are very welcoming and the service is A-1. I heard of this place from my sister who's friends with Joy (one of the workers there). Joy was very bubbly and kind. She was very informative during every step of the procedure. I went in to get something called Xeomin (temporary treatment) which helps smooth out frown lines. Joy explained what Xeomin was and went over the side effects. She used a pen to determine where she was going to inject my muscles. She asked about my pain levels before injections. I felt very comfortable during the procedure and after the procedure. I would definitely recommend this place. They have a ton of other services such as Botox, face-lifts, body sculpting, hair restorations and so much more! My first treatment for my emsculpt was fine, granted I trust the machine. My second treatment was fine. My 3rd treatment I was left strapped to the machine while the person who treated me never checked on me. The machine stopped after 30 mins. I waited an additional 10 mins, she never came. I hit the panic button, no one came. So I called the front desk from my phone and the guy at the front desk came and apologized and un-strapped me and said sorry and the person who was treating me had an "emergency" and had to go and did not notify him she had someone on the machine. The following 2 visits, I got rescheduled because the same person who was supposed to treat me had an emergency. Then the next appointment, the office was closed and I called the line and they "apologized" for closing without notifying me and offered me a free facial which I never got because I don't trust that place after all the disappointment. I went for my very last appointment one to find out the person that was supposed to treat me had another "emergency" and if it's ok if the admin straps me on the machine because he's a male, and I said fine but the machine was so loose it was falling off my sides and abs. Worst experience ever. Sad part is I work my ass off, and put trust into this business and it failed me on every level. I only came here because I work so much I don't have the time to drive downtown for service. I hope this place shuts down fast. I have another 5 complaints. They robbed me of $3k I could have used elsewhere unlike this place where I got zero results and zero follow up. read more
