A few months ago, I replace my credit card, which no longer allowed the automatic withdrawal. I have not been going to the gym (my bad) so I thought nothing of it until I got a letter from collections requesting $157.15 owed for the months I didn't pay after my credit card was replaced. I contacted Revitalize requesting a refund since I didn't go to the gym those months, and they essentially told me too bad, that I had a binding contract. I don't argue the contract, but I do argue good customer service versus poor customer service. Most businesses would waive that $157.15 with the hopes of keeping a customer for future services. But not Revitalize. Fortunately, gyms are like car washes...they are everywhere, so I will not be funding businesses they care more about a penny they good customer service.

The owner seems more interested in arguing with paying members than actually running a successful business. I've never felt more disrespected as a customer, and I've seen other reviews echoing similar concerns. If you're looking for a positive and supportive environment, this is definitely not the place for you. The owner needs more help than just managing a gym--he really should seek professional therapy, as he clearly doesn't have the skills needed to run a business or create a healthy, positive environment. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this gym. I would give it 0 stars if I could.

I have been coming here for about six months and love it. I do the TFW workouts exclusively and…read morethey are fantastic. These are one hour workouts that are truly one hour. They can be extremely hard but the coaches work with all levels of fitness seamlessly within the classes. I really like the coaches and my fellow members. They offer so many opportunities for one price it's impressive. I'm a snowbird and Jen works out pricing to accommodate my schedule. The price is very reasonable when considering the options available.

My friend and I went to the gym often but wanted more of a push. We found Live Fit and couldn't be happier. We signed up for personal training there and it's been fantastic. We have similar body types and goals. It was awesome we could work out together with one trainer, which made it less intimidating in the beginning. I also love how they schedule and charge for personal training sessions. Every trainer I have had made me feel comfortable, not judged and pushed me. I feel like they really effort into thinking what workout to do for each client. I did personal training in the past and felt like I spent more time following the trainer from machine to weights to machine than actually working out. We also participated in Live Fits XGT class which is an amazing workout. Due to time constraints I am going back to focusing on personal training. If you've ever thought about getting in shape but you have no idea where to even start give Live Fit a call.

This gym is one of the best YMCAs I have ever used. It's not shiny and new, nor is it the largest, nor does it have the most equipment. But everything I used was in good working order and well laid out and easy to find and obviously these people care about their patrons. They let me enter without calling my home gym to verify me and I appreciate the trust. Just a really great bunch of people. I even had a long extended conversation with the guy at the front desk about how he used to live in Buffalo on the west side and how it has changed over the years. He hasn't been back in decades. I had just driven from Buffalo that very night. They open up at 4:30 in the morning which is excellent. They have some cute show offy girls working out here, wearing outfits that are against the rules, and that you would not see in my home gym. That was pretty awesome actually. And there are always staff members on the floor who know everybody by name ready to help out. They don't know me by name of course. But maybe they will, after this review. Now I think this gym is great, but I have to go and do something even greater. Or should I say, someone.

They allowed kids to come to the gym at one time and made sure they charged me for it and set up accounts for them, then changed the policy on it months later and had the nerve to come to me and my son while I started working out..to inform us of the policy change while kicking us out. Doesn't sound like the family atmosphere they try to brand. Sadly I have been loyal to this gym through the beginning but they have let all of the dedicated staff go over time do to bad management and not paying trainers. It's unfortunately all a game to get you and your kids training sessions, it's definitely not about treating their customers with respect. Never trust the owner Keith to do the right thing. BTW after the first post I received a message via Yelp from Planet Fitness wanting to talk to me I sent them my email and cell number since then I can hear nothing but the crickets for reference i have added my previous review to provide a complete picture: WARNING to all current and potential customers of Planet Fitness, should you experience several life-changing events, DO NOT count on/hope for/expect Any compassion from Planet Fitness, I signed up in 2018 and then starting in 2018 - present I suffered from the following life events: 1. I suffered a stroke 2. I was diagnosed with stage 4 Renal Cancer requiring major surgery and rehabilitation, 3. my disabled son suddenly passed away ( I found him on the bathroom floor), 4. On the day he passed away, I was rushed to the hospital and had emergency heart surgery 5. I was diagnosed with severe Afib (more than 3 events a week lasting more than 3 hours each time, all of this was in the last 3 years. with all this going on I forgot all about the membership. in preparing for tax season I came across the automatic charges from Planet Fitness. when I went to the local Planet Fitness to cancel the membership (when I called they refused to do this over the phone) the staff was amazed that this visit was the first time I went to ANY Planet Fitness since signing up, with this, I inquired about receiving a PARTIAL refund being as they NEVER provided any services to me, I know ultimately it is my responsibility but under the circumstances, I truly feel that a partial refund (they have received my monthly membership fees and renewal feels going back to 2020, and not once did anyone from Planet Fitness reach out and say hey you know it has been 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, 3 years or even 4 years since you signed up and you have NEVER visited any Planet Fitness location, are you aware you have this membership, is there a reason you never been to a Planet Fitness, is there anything we can do? when the "General Manager" called me this morning in a VERY rude and curt manor he made it VERY clear that "IT SUCKS TO BE YOU & WE DON'T CARE AS LONG AS WE GET OUT MONEY!" honestly that really Shocked me, all I was looking for was a refund of 3-6 months, with that scenario financially I take the majority of the responsibility of what has transpired and Planet Fitness acknowledges that they could have done better with managing the relationship with their customers. There are many indoor courts with multiple viewing areas. A pro shop, nothing special there other than the people running it, very professional and they match internet prices. It has a very nice gym area with weights and cardio equipment. This spot is the reason for 4 stars. The equipment is nice but seems to be not quite commercial grade. Still it's very nice. The shower area is amazing. I highly reccomend taking a look at 2's.
