Post Falls Auto Auction gives you two whole days prior to auction day to test drive and check out any car you're thinking about. Put your phone down, get off your ass and pre-check your purchase or possibly hire a mechanic to join you previewing inventory. To give bad reviews to a business like PFAA is messed up. I needed a car. I experimented buying at on-line auctions. What fun! If I liked a certain car, I did my research with a title search, current local selling prices, accessories included with the car make and model and location of auction, I had airline mileage avail., so I factored that into the equation. I found a car I really liked at "Post Falls Auto Auction" and bid during the auction. I won. I had a week to pickup my car, so I flew to Spokane from Calif.. Took a Lyft to Post Falls (30 min). And then the entire experience got GREAT. I was treated like family, including where to eat and stay. I know buying a car in this way is a risk, but it doesn't scare me and I saved enough money buying the car, that I could factor in repairs, if needed. My honest yelp review of my experience with Post Falls Auto Auction which includes a blown head gasket and $3000 in repairs needed to fix the piece of shit car Post Falls Auto auction sold to me. I should have read your google and facebook reviews before I made the purchase. All the negative reviews say the same thing about your company selling blown head gasket cars and other issues not disclosed by your company. Your company is simply dishonest and with no communications after they get paid or after the sale. Yes, I know all about how auction companies work its buyer beware sales so buying a unseen auto not seen in person from a auto auction company such as Post Falls Auto Auction was STUPID yes I made a STUPID buy I admit. It's always a gamble when buying at any auction so don't be mad at the sellers they are just trying selling their known junk for a premium to uninformed buyers so I get that but at least they could have assisted me after the sale which they also failed to do so to get even all I can say is f*** everyone involved with your company from the owner to the janitor. I bought 3 vehicles online from out of state and had to work with the staff to have my vehicles picked up from their lot. The staff was extremely friendly and facilitated the pickup of the vehicles. There were some issues with one of the vehicles sold but the owner was extremely professional, polite, and worked through the issues with me. The measure of a business is how they act when there is an issue and Post Falls Auto Auction stayed professional and came to a solution that was agreeable to both parties. Staff was nice, but the information they provided on the vehicle was not remotely accurate. The car has serious transmission issues which were very obvious on a short test drive. I should have test driven it before towing it 400+ miles back home. I will not be doing business here again. read more
